Everything was perfect! • central location next to Ritz-Carlton , so the good/clean area of the central Hanoi • spotless! The attention to detail is amazing! Even better than 4-5 star hotels! • quiet area, even though is next to the main road. • the apartment is equipped with everything! From scissors to microwave, from extra towels to hair dryer. Everything you need! • amazing service! Everything you need and they just help you! The manager is so friendly! • luggage storage! We stayed 2 weeks, on and off because we left to Halong bay and Ha Giang, and they kept our luggages safe. • free laundry! They were so nice to do our laundry for free and just take it and bring it back the same day • the interior design tried to keep the French colonial influences even inside the apartment. Amazed by this accommodation and everything about it. • Always fresh lilies at the reception

I was truly impressed with the hotel’s tour consultation service. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff warmly introduced us to several sightseeing options that perfectly matched our schedule and preferences. They clearly explained the itinerary, pricing, and transportation details, making it easy for us to make the best decision. Most importantly, they arranged a full package tour to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh at a very reasonable price, including convenient pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel. Thanks to their professional and thoughtful advice, we had an amazing experience and saved a lot of time searching for tours on our own. This service was definitely a huge plus, making our entire trip smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Loan from Vincent Studio Apartment was absolutely amazing to deal with and checked in most days to see if everything was fine. The accommodation itself was far better than expected and true to photo's listed online. It was clean and comfortable, which is all I ever expect. It is a great location which is within walking distance to the Old Quarter and all famous sites that we all visit to see. The street itself is nice and quiet, except for Saturday evenings when as you'd expect more people out and about. The laundry facility was great as I managed to get a load washed and dried in a few hours. The roof top area to sit has great views and great to just sit and have a quite drink or 2. I would highly recommend this place and will be back when I return in a year's time. Thank you ☺️

I don't often leave reviews but this home stay was awesome! The family are so so nice. I wish we were there longer and I'd definitely go back. We came down in the morning and sat with the most lovely guy who I'm guessing is the man of the house. He gave us tea and fresh fruit while telling us his family had lived there for years and all lived together. His wife then made us the most yummy food. They were so nice I highly recommend staying here specially if your keen to get out the craziness of the main city. Can't wait to go back and spend more time with these lovely people. X
