The property is easy to find and perfectly located at the lake that leads to Jukkasjärvi. We took a 30 min walk to the ice hotel. The house is like a tiny house but with a very spacious bathroom. All in all it looked really high-grade.

Clean, warm and spacious room. Beds are very comfortable. Easy self check-in when reception is closed. Kitchen with some coffee, tea and cookies which were very pleasant. The owner is easy to reach if you have any questions when reception closed. Ingrid was amazingly kind. Central location, easy to walk to Ica, bus station and restaurants. Title: Incredible Arctic Experience – Stunning Location & Warm Hospitality Our stay at Camp Caroli in Jukkasjärvi was truly unforgettable! The house is beautifully located at the edge of a lake, offering breathtaking views. Upon arrival, Stefan had already heated the cabin for us, making it warm and cozy. As soon as we looked out the window, we were treated to an incredible northern lights show – an absolutely magical welcome! The next day, Stefan took us on an amazing trip to the mountains, where we saw a herd of moose up close. Later, we explored the frozen lake and surrounding forest on snowmobiles, which was such a thrilling adventure! In the evening, we relaxed in the wood-burning sauna, which was perfect after a day out in the cold. To top it off, we went for another snowmobile ride at night, which created an incredible and almost surreal atmosphere. Stefan is a fantastic host—very welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate about the area. He made sure we had the best experience possible. If you’re looking for a true Arctic adventure combined with comfort and stunning nature, Camp Caroli is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

Very nice, spacious and clean flat with everything you need. Very friendly, helpful and caring host. Jessica helped us when we needed dressings and medicine. Beautiful surroundings and a base for travelling towards Kiruna and Abisko. Breakfast was tasty and was served to us at a convenient hour. I heartily recommend this facility!
