Great location! 3 minute walk to the beach, 3 minute walk from the bus station. And 20 minute walk tot the main road. Nice garden with shade, hammocks en chairs. Kitchen you can use. Good surf rentals nearby. Also a nice souvenir market at the beach. Good food like ; phat noodle, mono Congo. And amazing yoga classes at rockstar yoga.

Great location and set-up close to the beach. We stayed here with a couple and parents and had an amazing time exploring the area and relaxing at the house, pool and beach. Would highly recommend!

The Jungle Bus was the highlight of our three week holiday in Costa Rica. The bus has recently been converted into a wonderful little house for two in the jungle just south of Quepos. A 4X4 is necessary to reach the property as it's high up in the jungle, about a kilometre from the coast, but close to the gorgeous local beaches and other local amenities. The bus is split into a "living area" with a well appointed kitchen equipped with everything one could possibly need and a "sleeping area" with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The planning and execution of the conversion were obviously meticulous as all available space has been used to create a unique little house with more than enough space for two. There is a lovely balcony surrounding the bus that has views into the jungle and the beautiful garden that the hosts have planted. A wonderful space to sit, relax, eat and enjoy the diverse wildlife.

The fantastic location adjacent to the beach meant that we could hear the sound of the waves as we fell asleep and as we awoke in the morning. The sunrise and sunset seen from the beach were very special. We had regular visits from a group of white faced capuchin monkeys, saw red macaws, frequent groups of pelicans flying low to the sea and a resident sloth. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This was a perfect end to 18 days in Costa Rica.

Surrounded by nature, with all it’s sounds and smells to trigger all ones senses was truly out of this world The lovely trails nearby are breathtaking and there are wonders everywhere to be seen Views of the amazing landscapes and animals, reptiles and birds galore are vast and everlasting Breakfast with humming birds and toucans was a memory to never be forgotten but be warned 🫣 the steep roads will be very hard going on the way back in the heat to some 🥵

Beautiful room, amazing garden, cosy pool area and lovely staff. We felt welcomed and safe, the place is charming and we would love to return some day. At first we were afraid the location wouldn’t be good as we found out we couldn’t just walk to the beach, but the experience of using local bus was so easy, convenient and comfortable that our worries unnecessary. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxing experience of Manuel Antonio.
