The house and facilities are very beautiful and comfortable. The garden is very well maintained.

Absolutely everything! The cabaña we stayed in was very cosy and every single detail was very well thought of. The view on the woods is calming and relaxing. You’re completely immersed in nature: from the balcony we saw monkeys, toucans and agoutis. Two frogs crossed our path when going back at night. The room and the kitchen were spotless! Last but not least, Sebastián is an incredible host: friendly, available and very nice. You can tell he genuinely enjoys hosting people and sharing tips and information about this and other beautiful areas of Costa Rica.

Juan, the owner, was super helpful at all times. The perfect place for relaxation, surrounded by the nature. The food was very delicious and the breakfast is a plus! I definitely recommend Greenpoint.

Nice place to stay with rooms with airconditioning, a short walk from the beach and restaurants. The owner Javier is friendly and was able to help us with booking our tours. He was also our tour guide in Corcovado NP on our overnight trip there. This was the highlight of our visit to Costa Rica. Javier is very knowledgeable and we saw tapirs, sloaths, anteater and many other animals. Our drive to Drake Bay was hard without a 4x4. Would not recommend. With 4x4 doable.

A very nice place close to the main beach. We got a cozy room with its own bathroom, not sure how the shared ones look. There is also a nice shared kitchen, which was actually very clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Definitely worth the money.

Perhaps the best view in Drake Bay! Enjoyed sunset views.

Great spot, right at the beach. You can hear the waves at night. Ana and Gio are great hosts. They gave us nice advice about things to do. The co-living in the house went very smooth. The bed was very big and comfortabel. We slept downstairs. Ana was so kind to bring some forgotten clothes all the way to San Isidro. Thank you both so much :). EVERYTHING !!! 1. Super hosts (Karin and Nony): Very kind, super nice and professional! Perfect communication (via booking.com or whatsapp) before arrival.During stay were incredibly helpful in everything (they live a dozen or so meters from the Villa and responds within a few minutes for every inquiries or requests sent by whatsapp).They treat you like a friend, not a customer.Have very professional knowledge according to nature, animals, area etc. so they are also very interesting people to talk to.Host has a biology education and is a very professional guide (especially regarding nature, birds and ecotourism) and I recommend much more tours with Nony (he has many options from 2 hours to the whole day), which are much more interesting then tours in NP Corcovado.Both owners are foreigners so they have a comprehensive view of client's needs. 2. Great place and location! House is located in a beautiful place at the "end of the world" (one of the last houses, several kilometers south of Drake's Bay, 50m from the jungle; 20m from the bay (when you can swim) and on several km long beach. If you are looking for a place which are: modern, comfortable and at the same time secluded and quiet this is the place !!! New, very modern house in a European style (brick walls, large - from floor to ceiling - (glass) windows in the bedroom, which are also sliding doors to the terrace (in addition to the windows/doors, there is also a second sliding "layer" in the form of a mosquito net so you can have windows wide open and the mosquito net closed!), modern bathroom, new and efficient air conditioning in the bedroom, large and very well-equipped kitchen where you can cook full meals; large covered terrace. From bedroom/terrace view to the garden and...to the sea (you can hear the sound of the waves at night! Beautiful, very large (3 ha) garden with various plants, a pond and... animals that visit the garden in front of the house every day

The house is directly in the jungle with a wonderful view on the Sierpe forest. When the sky is clear it’s possible to see the Pacific. The House has everything you need to cook at home. Be aware that the place is accessible only by car and you need to take a boot, therefore it is suggested to organise your grocery before (in Palmar Norte where there is also the last available ATM). In case you would like to have an amazing dinner, Simone can prepare dinner for you. Simone organised for us a very nice tour in the Mangrove systems which was really worth it as we saw many wild fauna!
