Slubice lies on the Polish/German border, about 85 kilometres east of Berlin. It's very much a tourist town,a magnet for Germans who cross the border to buy cigarettes, vodka and cut-price petrol. As a result, there are loads of duty-free shops and supermarkets.Other than this,it's a pleasant little town which boasts a few historical monuments and enjoyable riverside walks.
IF,whilst there, you want a good meal, look no further than Douane,slap-bang in the centre of town.

Overall, Hotel Horda appears to be a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and affordable stay.
Great location for our travel needs. The room was quite for we were on the back side of the hotel off the street. The staff was very helpful from check-in to check-out. The restaurant was super. It was a great dinner meal. Breakfast had a wide assortment of item to choice from. We will be staying there again on our travels to see relatives.
We visited this hotel 2 times during the week. The double room on the first floor was much better than the triple room on the first floor. There was kettle, glasses and new bedlinen. Overall, hotel is good for short stop, then traveling to of from Germany. Germany border is only 3 km. Slubice is nice town.
came 3 in morning to have few hours sleep after long trip,7 in morning start drilling next to my window, men who drilled watching me while i am sleeping,so they wake up me and all my family, terrible hotel service, everywhere black hair,on duvet was blood stains!!Worst short stay like 1 start for £100
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel primarily due to its superb location, right off the A2 near the German border. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and petrol stations nearby, making it very convenient for travelers like me. Highly recommended for those looking for a hassle-free stopover.
They can't really do anything about the location, but I'm sure Słubice will be blooming soon, so this will be fixed :D The staff is very nice, the breakfast looked delicious (we weren't hungry) and á la carte was very good. The room was just perfect, nothing missing.
Very surprised there was a restaurant with cool tap beer. Also a nice area in the shade to relax and eat food. Bed was comfortable. Left very early as it was just a stop over but I am sure the breakfast would have been good because the evening meal we had was decent.
The hotel staff were lovely and very friendly (some don't speak English though), the location was super and the room was clean. I would have liked some kind of air-conditioning/fan but overall a great trip and I plan on staying here when I am back in Słubice
Very big and comfortable room with free bottle of water. In the restaurant you can have delicious breakfast very early in the morning. Large parking space in front of the hotel. Have been here before and will come back again.
In Słubice I usually take the other hotel, busy this time. Location was a key issue. Nice staff, except for the night young guy (who for no reason doesn't answer good evening), good breakfast, except for coffee, free parking.
A pleasant stay! They let me and my doggo sleep in a room without any extra fees!
They were also ok to arrive around 1am.
Fun fact - I’ve already been in this hotel 2 years ago and I liked it! Totally recommend this hotel!
A wonderful experience - a great family hotel where we stay every year when traveling through Poland. Very cozy room, comfortable bed. Excellent hotel restaurant with very tasty food and excellent service.
Everthing was perfect. Lovely quiet room for the price. Breakfast was also terrific.
The hotel staff were really helpful with everything. Check in was super easy as was getting everything for breakfast.
