AustraliaBeautiful location and a special place, very family friendly. Onsen was lovely and the water left our hair and skin so soft! Amenities were high quality and skin care lotions all provided for a full onsen and ryokan experience. Yakatas were beautiful and sizes for whole family. We really enjoyed the traditional Japan experience and beautiful tatami room with amazing view of the mountains. We wanted to stay another night.
