The staff are amazing. They were always welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clearly renovated from an older style, but tastefully so. The room felt fresh and bright. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices,some of which changed daily. Bus service right outside if you need it and 5 min walk to a substantial supermarket and a Starbucks at the Sheraton, ( if you have to have one). Opposite direction a quick bus ride or Uber to Tarrytown, (closer that White Plains as it turned out), a stunning little town with lots of eateries, some bespoke shops and nive riverside park walk.

The girls at the front desk were particularly kind. Delicious cookies at the lobby. The shower had a comfortable design. All the installations look new and clean.

Tarrytown House Estate was the perfect escape from the city; 40 mins away by train or car in a green oasis. The setting is peaceful, charming and historic; the two pools (indoor and outdoor) are fun and the gym was excellent. Our room was spacious and we loved the window seat looking over the grounds. Breakfast was very nice, and the surrounding village was charming for a walk or a meal out. The staff were warm and welcoming. We loved the time to catch our breath before going back into Manhattan. We will definitely do this again!!

I loved my room will request 501 again. Breakfast was delicious shopping, food and upscale shopping was very good. Your front desk guys and ladies were excellent and informative. Nicholas was the bomb.
