I recently had the pleasure of staying at Phi Phi Phu Chalet in Koh Phi Phi, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, making us feel truly welcome. Special recognition goes to Da, Pop, Pearw, and Piu, whose attentive and efficient service during breakfast was outstanding. Their warm smiles and dedication ensured each morning started delightfully, complemented by a diverse and delicious breakfast selection. The rooms were immaculate and showcased modern design, providing a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing retreat after a day of island exploration. The meticulous attention to cleanliness and contemporary amenities contributed significantly to a relaxing stay. Phu Chalet's serene ambience and prime location make it a standout choice for travellers seeking both tranquillity and convenience in Koh Phi Phi. The combination of exceptional service, pristine accommodations, and the natural beauty of the surroundings creates an unforgettable experience. Our Zeavolian experience was an enchantment from the moment we arrived at the marina to take the boat towards the hotel. Everything at Zeavola was perfect and beyond any expectations we could have. Location is beautiful, hotel layout is splendid, rooms are peaceful and furnished with all the necessary & more, everything perfectly cleaned every day, breakfast is delicious, restaurant offers for all tastes and we loved everything we ate there, activity desk is open all day with a smile and offers flexible and really qualitative trips at a fair price, the massages are among the best we’ve ever had and the multiple little attentions were a cherry on the cake every day. Beyond the beauty of the hotel and the environment, it is the people who work there that make Zeavola one of a kind. The staff is incredibly kind and smiling, experienced, present without being oppressive and makes everything possible. My husband and I are fortunate to have been able to stay in beautiful places in Europe and several exotic places around the world, and Zeavola has been the most remarkable experience we have had so far. A huge thank you for that!

Before we stayed in this hotel, I read several negative comments in Booking.com. Once we stayed in this villa, we found that they are not necessarily true. This place is much better than we expected. Villas are well organized, and so are the pool and private beach. Breakfast was okay for us. The staff was also kind to us. Front desk staff fluently speaks English. A staff waits for us at the Pier, and he kindly brought our carry bags to the hotel. (They also carry our stuff to the Pier, after they check out.) The location is perfect for us, as I wanted to stay at a quiet place. It is a bit far from the town centre, and it is very quiet at night. (It takes only 10 min to walk to the town centre, so we enjoyed having food and going shopping there too.) We were very happy with this place. If we have another opportunity to stay in Phi Phi Island, we want to stay here again!

Very nice and quiet location. There are complimentary bikes to move around the resort as well as outside. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. In the little town outside you can find more local food and other services, so you are not only limited to the resort amenities if you wish to explore.

    We stayed in Standard room first which was cute and romantic. Quiet and near mini beach we loved. Not so the luxury room we upgraded to on our last night. part of 4 which was noisy with footsteps above. The standard room was much better location. Awesome resort with natural wood furnishings and sand underfoot. I felt super relaxed there.

    This family business hotel had the nicest staff ever, I wish I took the name off all the staff to thank them for our stay. Super cute room that makes you feel you are in the jungle, no luxury but all the essentials are there. Lovely food and free activities like kayaking or snorkel. Perfect to relax and disconnect.

    Just perfect for a romantic holiday, located in beautiful surroundings at the edge of a cliff on the beach. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon, so romantic and relaxing. We had a room facing the sea with a private pool. Good size room and bathroom, with a great shower. The hotel staff are so very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is lovely, such a great selection of food. Very good value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel.
