Everything is perfect Staff is extremely professional and helpful , they make you feel welcome Spa is good always well maintained and clean Thermal water is 32-33 deg There is a restaurant by the pool serving food and drink Breakfast was delicious Genuinely is very relaxing and pleasant stay We had some small misunderstanding on which manager Mina reacted on very highly professional level and that is very much appreciated Hotel is highly recommended and we will definitely come again

Everything was perfect and great! Rooms were clean, staff was super nice and available 24/7. Breakfast was big and delicious. Many different kinds of food.

It’s exquisite, living like royalty , everything was sparkling clean , old furniture but it just adds to the flavour of a palace , bed was comfortable , queen size but very comfortable . The staff was awesome always smiling , always helpful . The location 100/10 best place in town . Great stay all in all !

Location of the hotel is amazing. A short walk from the city center of Novi Sad, while still far enough to offer calm and peace in the evening. Rooms overlooking the river have amazing view, as well as are exceptionally furnished. Lastly, included breakfast is out of this world, matches and exceeds what is offered any offer by even best restaurants in Novi Sad. The location was nearly the city center, around 3 minutes on foot. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast very good( you will receive a menu with a selection of food for breakfast), and in the last day we leaved until the breakfast and they made for us a package with sandwiches, sweets and water, very nice :D
