Flawless experience! Everything was fantastic, from the check in lady ( i think her name was Habi) she was very nice, super fast and very accommodating! She even took the time to get me a room with a very nice view! Also the concierge, the lady of the tours desk, Chathu the beach attendant and the boy that was in charge of the cleaning (room 1140) Honestly a very satisfactory stay. I definitely come back.

The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable—nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They were especially great with children, making my son feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. We chose the half-board option, and the cuisine was excellent, with a wide variety of meals to choose from every day. Basically everything exceeded our expectations.

It was the best thing I did when I chose your amazing hotel to celebrate my bridal shower. The hospitality, preparation and everything was way better than I expected. Very comfortable hotel in a good location and well connected to everywhere in the city. Food at the restaurant was really nice. Staff was helpful and showed high-standards of customer care. It is fair to mention Mr. Saif and Mr. Moumen at the reception desk for their concerns, and Ms. Tajar, at the bar who kindly served some drinks. All of them made me feel like at home. Shukran !!

Our three bedroom apartment was spacious and the kitchen was equipped with all we needed. The breakfast buffet was very good and had a wide variety. The pool and gym were great with friendly staff. The hotel has direct access to City Center Mall which was a great advantage for shopping and children activities.
