very comfortable bed, high cleaning standards, located in Piste, a cute Pueblo, perfect if you want to visit Chichen Itza early (10 min drive away). staff at the reception gave us great recommendations for food and the ruins.

The pool was amazing! The staff was really helpful and friendly. They responded to all of our messages quickly and helpfully. Even when we arrived at the Tren Maya station which was a full on construction side in the middle of nowhere, they responded to our message within minutes and booked us a taxi! The service in the restaurant was outstanding! We could tell that the staff was classically trained and we had the best service we have received in Mexico

The location, the hotel itself is beautiful and charming, the staff are friendly helpful and proffesional , I rate everything highly expect for one thing which I think the hotel managers need to look at seriously its in the what i didnt like ... I will still give a 10 plus regardless as it really is a great place to stay ....
