We were so surprised at how accommodating the hotel was. Our room was upgraded, we were treated to chocolates and procesco, and a VIP breakfast which was absolutely gorgeous and such a lovely surprise. We loved the VIP room - a ski chalet theme that was beautifully decorated with Christmas lights. A cosy, romantic atmosphere that made our stay even more special. The live music in the lobby was lovely to sit and relax with a drink. You can see they have upgraded their rooms. Having a mini fridge was great for drinks and snacks for my daughter. The grounds are fab, with short or long walks which makes a great start to a sunny day with plenty of fresh air. Food is excellent and breakfast is well organised with a self service area. The room had a balcony looking out onto the gardens. The pool is a lovely relaxed space with a jacuzzi and steam room and it was great to have the pool to ourselves at times.
