excellent property with a great view of the city from the balcony. nice big room. the lady at the reception was super helpful to us. as we had left a bag in the bus we arrived in, she helped us lodge a complaint and also helped speak in the local language to guide us. she also gave us great recommendations for thermal baths and saunas in the city

Karlovy Vary is one of the destinations everybody should visit! it is a very beautiful clean and save town full of history, good rests and attractions. the hotel Pupp is the legendary historical hotel. so there was not even a question where to stay during our visit. It fulfils all your high expectations: starting from a welcoming smooth check in and the spectacular room with an amazing view, ending with a small thank you gift by a hotel at the check out. We couldn’t be more happy with a stay! Ther room was huge, bright with a lot of windows, Spa area is amazing! food and the cocktails at the restaurant were beyond the expectations! highly recommend Pupp as a part of Karlovy Vary visit experience.

Really great location - halfway between the bus station and SPA-zone, very convenient, makes everything easily accessible. Room spacious and cozy, clean and overall very convenient. Comfortable bed, good view, nice hot shower, good breakfast to start a day with :) Our special gratitude goes to Nicola and her team - they are very friendly and attentive, their patience and support made all the difference. I am afraid we made their life a bit uncomfortable with our constantly changing plans, but thanks to them our stay became one to remember with pleasure. Our apologies and thanks again.

Great location if you travel with a car. Room was exceptionally comfortable and big (we ordered the big one with terrace and view towards woods). Breakfast was perfect, many variations.

Nice facilities and wellness. Good golf field and pro shop. Nice bar and awesome personnel with lots of talents. Cozy atmosphere and nice food. Only one request: please add traditional Czech kitchen to the menu!:)

This was really a unique experience. The castle looks amazing and everything is clean and new inside. The bed was very comfortable and I liked that they provided 3 different sizes of pillows. We spent all three evenings around the swimming pool area and it was never crowded, and the saunas were nice too. The parking area is quite big, so there were always enough spots to park. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options to choose from.
