The staff were all extremely welcoming and quite simply, lovely. My daughter of 4, who doesn't speak a word of German, said one of the waitresses/hosts was now her 'best friend,' and she was sad to leave. Really absolute A+ service throughout, always a smile. The breakfast was terrific as well. Delicious cappuccino and a broad selection of everything. Bread, croissants (laugen, even!), yoghurt, pastries and cake. My daughter went to the buffet four times; we've never seen her enjoy breakfast as much as here. Oh, and the fresh orange juice was delicious, too.

    Lovely Swiss hotel with Old World Charm. Loved the bathtub with a beautiful view. Delicious meals as well and enjoyed watching Eurocopa with the Swiss. Pool nice and warm as well. Also enjoyed the sax and guitar music at the birthday celebration.

A great hotel in a wonderful location with friendly, helpful staff, a restaurant for evening meal and breakfast overlooking the lake, with excellent food.A room with a view and comfortable bed and pillows. A warm outside jacuzzi and swimming pool with lovely views and the bonus of a sauna and steam room - marvelous.
