We were lucky enough during our stay to have a homecooked meal with a private concert. We felt privileged to be there at just the right time. If you are staying more then a few days in Cape Town. Consider coming here and combine it with cape point, and eating fish at fishhoek or houtbay.

Hosts Ray and Sanchia were so very helpful and definitely enhanced our stay. The property has invested in back-up power supply, so no load-shedding power outages, which can happen at other accommodations. Our room was extremely comfortable, and the view as you enter the room definitely catches your attention! Great view over the bay.

Muizenberg is well connected to drive to Cape Town (20-30 minutes) and also to the Cape of Good Hope, or to travel both directions by train. We enjoyed the little cafés, restaurants and shops on the way to Fishhoek. Very impressed with Kalk Bay. It’s been great seeing the progress in five years in terms of the upliftment of the area. Village was clean and we took the train in to CT central which was great! exactly as advertise, no surprizes. very nice, clean and comfortable stay. ideal for families or in my case, close friends. ideally situated for cape point, hout bay and peninsula. the distance even works well for table mountain and sea point via the scenic chapman's peak drive. Clovelly is a lovely quiet area in between the quite lively and noisy suburbs of Kalk Bay and Fish hoek, but only a short walking distance away from them, (about 15 minutes walk) So nice if you want to have peace and quiet while you sleep. Clovelly and fish hoek beach are really close, and the nice restaruants in Kalk bay also close. There are lovely mountain paths you can walk down and hikes right out of the back garden. Muizenberg is a big surf area attracting many people who love being in or close to the water. It is busy and active with plenty of action on or near the water. Plenty of eating places with great coffee to go. Not Hout Bay or Camps Bay so don't go thinking you will get fine dining and dressed up crowds. Think more bohemian and down to earth. Loved Kalk Bay. We were very pleased that we had decided to stay here rather nearer to Cape Town city centre. There were lots of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from, it is close to Boulders Beach and close to the Zandvlei parkrun, which we did on the Saturday morning. Loved everything about this place. The cozy common room lounge, had the best night view. The cleanliness and easy access to everything. The simple and easy checking-in procedure. The friendly staff, thank you Karlien. The warm welcome and friendly brief of the facility and its offerings, even if I did not get to use half of them.
