That was the best hotel on our 4 week trip to Vietnam. Everything was clean and comfortable, the pool was great and the staff was exceptionally forthcoming and kind. The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Vietnam with a wide variety of both western and vietnamese dishes to choose from.

This hotel located in the center of the Hoi An ancient town. just walking distance Hoi River where the lantern festival is held. The river is even more beautiful at night with the magical light of the lantern on the water The room was very clean and I booked a room with a balcony and street view. The male and female receptionists, if I'm not mistaken their names are Pi and Mi (sorry if I mispronounced your names) were very helpful and friendly. Once I arrived, they gave me a map of the hotel including the facilities and also some recommendations about where to eat and what to see around town. breakfast is served at a small dining table next to the reservation desk and the food was ok

Hotel and room was clean! Bed was comfortable, breakfast was yum. The owner and staff were so friendly and helpful, it made our stay even better! Definitly would recommend staying here. They have free bikes. Old town Hoi an is only a 5min bike ride away. Loved my stay and would happily come back!

    This is perfect hotel with a relaxing and calm atmosphere. The grounds are delightful with 4 pools, winding paths and jungle-like greenery everywhere! It is made up of several traditionally designed buildings and has a cosy exclusive boutique hotel feel to it. The two restaurants are excellent and the breakfast delicious! We loved the spa too and is cheap compared with western spa prices. The staff were always so warm and welcoming. We stayed in one of the bigger rooms with a large terrace and hot tub which was just wonderful! We would definitely stay here if we return to HoiAn.

    The staff where super welcoming. Thi and Khang at reception where a joy and always ready to help. I have to say all the staff where very friendly. I loved the set up of the property, not your typical hotel, I had a lovely pool view. It was walking distance to the beach, albeit a small section of the walk has no footpath. It's a cheap cab ride to the main centre, easy to get transport. The fruit selection at the buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied. Overall, it's a great place with plenty of space.

    Couldn’t have asked for anything more with this hotel. We paid more than normal during our tour of Vietnam as it included Christmas Day and boy was it worth it! This hotel is a different league than anything else, and we were given a free room upgrade on arrival. Thank you Carmen (manager) and all your wonderful staff for making this a special stay, thank you Ms Vy (owner) for creating a stunning hotel, it’s beautiful.

    The staff was very friendly, helpful and the housekeepers managed to plan their time in the room perfectly. Loved the size of the room and the breakfast was a bit different daily which was nice. It was very handy having the option of the shuttle into town or the beach. The view of the rice fields across the street was lovely to see. I would definitely stay here next time.

    One of the best hotels I have been to and would go back again. The rooms are gorgeous, nothing is too much hassle for the staff and they go out of their way to accommodate you. Loved the organic farm which was a real gem and the free shuttle into Hoi A centre. You cannot fault the decor. Never written a review of anything before but this resort was just spectacular.

    What a beautiful pretty pretty place! Loved everything, the markets, the villages, the night time atmosphere, releasing a lantern on the river at night, the bright colours and lights everywhere is very impressive. Best coffee was at Uncle Hunn Bistro, the salted coffee is very artistic with a picture of tree! Loved the Marble Mountains and Monkey Mountain, a definate must see! There are plenty of tailors next door to each other to choose from to get tailor made clothing in just 24 hours!

    The snorkeling here is mediocre. The visibility is not very good, and the coral and fish are not worth the effort. The town itself is chill, but the food is not so special. Da Nang and Hoi An had better restaurants.

    We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people.

    We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people. Everyone has their own room and bathroom which was great and the bedrooms are very comfortable and large with very big beds and phenomenal air conditioning. Communal areas need work tho!! We couldnt enter the kitchen due to a horrific smell from our arrival and there was no plave to relax by the pool. Outdoor furniture would be good. Overall, in particular due to air conditioning, we enjoyed our stay and host was very responsive via whatsapp but not sure Id recommend due to lack of quality communal space, mass of bedding and cleaning ongoing on upper level and fowl kitchen.

    If you want to get a feel for a sleepy town which is not a...

    If you want to get a feel for a sleepy town which is not a tourism magnet then this is a place to experience a real local town in Vietnam. Add to that the Quang Nam museum in the center of town is very interesting to visit. Hopefully there will be more information for foreign visitors around! The beach is not that far and it is worth to rent a bike or car and spend sometime around some of the villages around the coast there. They have a lot of characters. The food in Tam Ky, especially seafood is awesome too!

    Beautiful old town.

    Beautiful old town. Would recommend a visit to Poison which does tasty iced coffee and good food. Hoi An roastery coffee is also a good stop for coffee. Faifo coffee is also lovely, go upstairs to get great rooftops views over the old town. Have a wander and bargain at the night market always good fun. There are so many bars and restaurants to choose from but the best thing is coffee.

    An Bang beach is the perfect base for a visit to Hoi An. It’s lovely to have the beach for the day with the town being only a 10 minute taxi away for the night time lanterns. It's a beautiful beach - golden sand, warm sea, gently shelving so v safe for kids. Lots of lovely beach bars and restaurants but not a glitzy party place. More low key and family friendly.

    Loved Hoi An. Restaurants were great and there was a lot of shopping. We loved eating at Mirning Glory. The food was exceptional and the view over the river was beautiful at night with all the lanterns out up.

    This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it. Only guesthouses and bikes. Great nature and diving. You can drive up to the lighthouse, but circular movements around the island are now impossible, in several places there are collapses of stones. Look for guesthouses with fresh good reviews, they may not have a sea view, but there will be clean comfortable rooms. Good diving spots! 1-2 days is enough for the trip
