The place and staff are just beautiful. The whole environment is incredibly peaceful, friendly and laid back. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and courteous at all times. Located in a prime position to go to the beach and, when you buy drinks, you can use the facilities of the beach club. The stunning panoramic vistas of the azure waters of the ocean, the nightly firework right from our window and the lush, tropical landscape of Phu Quoc Island took my breath away. What truly sets CASEPIA Hotel apart is the exceptional service provided by the dedicated staff. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make my stay unforgettable. The level of hospitality and attentiveness was beyond my expectations, making me feel truly valued as a guest. One standout feature of CASEPIA Hotel is that the managers themselves reside on the premises. This personal touch adds a unique dimension to the overall guest experience. The managers were not only readily available to address any concerns but also took the time to engage with guests and share their local insights, enhancing our understanding of the culture and attractions of Phu Quoc. During my stay, I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's sister restaurant, located few minutes away, where the culinary delights were a true feast for the senses. We stayed here for 3 nights during new years, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The resort is located ~8-10 mins away by bike from the city center. There is a huge local market and a couple of restaurants near by. The most beautiful sunset you can see and a large terrace to watch it. They also offer to cook fresh seafood for you. Van, the owner helped us with everything we needed. He basically planned our whole trip for us in 5 minuted when we arrived. Suggested all the amazing places and booked for us tickets and trips at very reasonable prices.

VERY quiet and comfortable bungalow in the middle of a well maintained garden. Super swimmingpool nearby. Nanh and his wife do literally everything for you, so friendly and hospitable, they became friends in the two weeks we were there. Lots of restaurants nearby. Also no far to small beaches. We rent a scooter in the retreat, that the most easy way to get to several restaurants and beaches. But they have buggy also and bring you on request to nearby places and beaches.

Family run hotel, great atmosphere and owner was really helpful with all our needs. This is what sets the place apart from everywhere else i have stayed and would therefore highly recommend. Breakfast was included and was a 2min buggy ride away. Rather than the usual buffet, bkfast was freshly cooked to order, therefore allow some extra time. The rooms were new and clean. We found that everything we needed was provided in the room, including hairdryer, kettle, water, coffee and tea and a mini fridge. I would definitely recommend this place. Twin rooms are larger and more spacious than doubles. Great view of the fireworks from the room on the higher floors with sea view.

The location and rooms are great, but the hospitality is phenomenal 11 out of 10 Stephen and his family are so welcoming and friendly. They offer free breakfast, free coffee (real coffee from an espresso machine), free laundry you name it. Best hosting I have experienced in Vietnam!

    I really liked the spacious room and the upgrade from my regular booking. The staff were very polite and well-mannered. The breakfast was delicious, and the location is excellent—just a short walk to Phu Quoc Beach and the night market. The free VinBus service was a bonus, with stops conveniently located right outside the hotel, making travel to the airport and VinWonders hassle-free.

    Beautiful beach with clear water.

    Beautiful beach with clear water. Delicious food, great shopping bargains and super friendly people. Lots of fun at Sun Paradise Land with the 8km over-sea cable car. Sonasea night maket and Phu Quoc night market are a must. Super easy to get around - can book taxis or hotel can organise for you (they also provide free buggy's to take you to nearby places). Perfect destination for young and old, couples and families.

    Room & grounds were lovely. Beach was fantastic.

    Room & grounds were lovely. Beach was fantastic. The pool area needs more seating and the umbrellas at the beach all need to be replaced as they are damaged with metal parts hanging down dangerously. The resort is a little tired and just needs a spruce up but was still lovely.

    It was heaven on earth, absolutely beautiful. the scenery was breath taking. I loved the decor. The staff is wonderful, they treat and make you feel like family. I can honestly say, me and my daughter did not want to leave. The local cuisine is delicious. They take tranquility to a whole other level!
