They went above and beyond in every possible way - proactively offering help, arranging courtesy tickets to the cable car without us even asking, and anticipating our needs before we knew them ourselves. When we accidentally left behind a valuable item, they didn’t just find it, they personally ensured it was returned to us safely. Truly remarkable service. Location? You can’t beat it. Right in the heart of Sunset Town, directly across from the cable car, everything is just a short walk away. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully clean, and brand new. The Japanese-inspired design is elegant, peaceful, and perfectly executed in every detail. What more could you ask for? Amazing staff, unbeatable location, stunning design, and perfect hospitality. It is a studio apartment. The room as spacious enough for both of us, complete with comfortable bed, fridge, two burner induction stove, hairdryer. They have room cleaning services everyday. Location was amazing. You can see almost the entire Sunset Town from level 16. You can watch the Kiss of the Sea show and the spectacular fireworks show from level 16 and enjoy the pool. The building located few blocks ups from the cable car station and for muslim, few hundred meters from Sarah halal restaurant.

    Great location in the heart of the city. Plenty choice for different kinds of food and drink in a minute walk. The night market is nearby and only pay less than a dollar by taxi to go there. A fantastic beach is just in front of the hotel and you can spend half day there. Highly recommend a traditional Vietnamese restaurant that we walk in 3 minutes to there. Lastly, the breakfast in the hotel must be a bonus for our wonderful stay.

    The buffet breakfast was great, room was spacious and clean. It is located beside a mini mart and nearby the bus stop. The night market is just at the end of the road, it is reachable by foot but recommended to go by bus. Also special thanks to Mr Hau, who was stationed at a counter beside the reception. He was very friendly and polite, provided exceptional transportation services at a reasonable price

    We planned to live there for a week but stayed 2 weeks. We loved this place very much. There is nice territory, good swimming pool, mango trees… It was nice to have time there. Also a big advantage is open kitchen and big fridge. You can buy products and cook as at home. Also it was convenient to rent motorbikes just at the hotel. And staff was very friendly!

    The food on resort was pretty good, surprisingly though,...

    The food on resort was pretty good, surprisingly though, there were no Vietnamese food options. The Ibiza pool is great, and the beach there is super clean. The VinWonders amusement park nearby (2 minutes) is super fun, great value. The resort itself is extremely frustrating to stay at. Guests are not informed well enough about the resort, no maps given, nothing really explained, a buggy system that is inefficient. Buffet breakfast is good, if it's not busy, when it's busy, the kitchen can't keep up. All the restaurants on resort are Italian. Housekeeping doesn't use a checklist when cleaning, water doesn't get restocked, coffee not replaced, etc. They fumigated our villa before we arrived, it smelled so bad we couldn't stay in it, gave us all headaches. This matter was not given the right amount of attention to fix, I had to do a lot of follow up to make a switch happen.

    Ha Tien is an interesting area, sprawled out along the ocean, consisting of waterfront, restaurants, beaches, and swimming areas. places to drive and walk and explore. I have fun on my motorbike, ranging all over the area and felt quite safe. There are newer, developing areas and older established areas. The downtown areas seem to have pretty basic hotels not many foreigners here as it’s a favourite for Vietnamese people to visit during the holiday holidays.

    We were very happy with where we stayed on the Island as it...

    We were very happy with where we stayed on the Island as it was still very natural and the maintenance and protection of the natural environment was exceptional. However we were deeply shocked (appalled actually) when we saw other very built up parts of the Island with hotels and empty buildings by the block full. It was mass tourism and deeply disturbing and unattractive not to mention an awful destruction of the environment and local communities. For this reason we would not return to Phu Quoc and would not recommend it to other travellers.

    A good place for 2-3 day breaks.

    A good place for 2-3 day breaks. The traditional part of the town is a good place to walk round. The streets are not crowded. There is a large ‘CoopMart’ supermarket for supplies. There are 1 or 2 western style cofffee shops to relax in such as the “Everyday” coffee shop which sits just back from the water. At night there are a number of large modern and smart Asian restaurants. A lot of money is being devoted towards developing not just this coastal part of Vietnam but also the adjoining coastal region of Cambodia.
