We stayed 4 nights here, the family were great - really helpful throughout our stay. The free bikes were awesome for exploring the local area and seeing the local attractions ( the wildlife). When we wanted to go further afield (e.g Trang An) rent a scooter or- the host organised a driver and sorted the price, at a good cost. The pool was great pool under the palm, feel like lost in the rainforest and a beautiful setting. The familt built and runs it with all of their hearts. Food for both breakfast and dinner was delicious and so fresh, the room was comfortable - lovely view. Excellent experience highly recommended

Absolutely beautiful property with the comfiest beds I think we’ve ever slept in. It was so peaceful being out of the chaos of Ninh Binh/Tam Coc but the owner was happy to sort us taxis when we wanted to go elsewhere (and it was always cheap)! Free bikes and free breakfast were also amazing. Breakfast was freshly cooked and changed everyday. The family were lovely and so accommodating. We would definitely come back :)
