- From $259.54 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Excellent - What previous guests thought, 480 reviewsWe had the handicapped room which was one of the largest rooms we had on our 24 day drive through the west. There was a cozy dinner area, a full kitchen, a living room and a bedroom in a different area of our suite. We were on the first floor but there was a convenient area in front of our room to have cocktails and enjoy the view of the elk refuge. We didn't see anyone in the reception area but they gave us the code to the room which was convenient.Guest review bySamuelUnited States

Property has lots of parking spaces so you can leave the car and walk everywhere. Super clean and super confy. Staff 10/10. There is free breakfast but is grab and go, nothing prepared. Our room had a fridge. 25min from Grand Teaton National Park, 1hrs from Yellowstone’s North entrance, 2hrs from Old Faithful Geyser.Guest review byEduardoChile

Great high end city, great shopping and restaurants.
Great high end city, great shopping and restaurants. You can take day tours and the city is completely walkable. You park your car and never need to use it until you leave. So beautiful too withe surrounding mountains. A special place. This was my second visit, I was there in the summer of 1999. It did not disappoint.Guest review byDebbieUnited States - 10

I only live one hour away, and I have enjoyed Cody probably hundreds of times since moving to Greybull in 1978. The Buffalo Bill Museum is a national treasure, there are excellent restaurants, good shopping, and multiple coffee shops! I only have one complaint and it's a selfish one. Although Wayne's Boot Shop has a quality shoes, the selection is small. Otherwise, I LOVE Cody, even during the height of the tourist season--watching them, especially enjoying the museum, is great fun!Guest review byCathy - 10

I cannot give an appreciation on this town. I was just travelling by and stop for a night to sleep and then continued with my trip the next morning. But for what I saw when travelling across, I can say that is is ok.Guest review byAbraham-Bethel - 4.0

It wasn't difficult to find But was very dissatisfied that when I inquired about the dog fee they responded that that was fine and I wouldn't be charged them once we got to the front desk at the hotel they charged us $25 per dog which was an extra $50 on my bill which I was not very happy about it I would never stay at one of these hotels ever again!Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0
I stayed in Gillette overnight.
I stayed in Gillette overnight. I went to the Rockpile Museum and the Frontier Auto Museum. The Rockpile was full of local history, with a bit of everything: archeology, paleontology, anthropology and local heroes. Frontier Auto Museum is interesting for just about anybody. It is packed with consumer history, from old coffee cans to medicine to oil and gasoline logos. Look closely, you may miss something.Guest review byJon - 10

There is actually really nothing in Moran, other than Headwaters Lodge and Cabins and lots of natural beauty. You have to drive to go anywhere else to eat. We stayed 4 nights in our cabin, we ate dinner all 4 nights at the Lodge because we were to tired to trek anywhere else after hiking and exploring all day. We sat out back near the firepit most evenings at dusk and saw elk in the field below. The view of the Snake River valley is lovely and peaceful.Guest review byJRUnited States - 8.0

Good shopping, friendly, college town, fairly decent places to eat. Lots of UW Cowboy gifts and shopping to be found. The Bent & Rusty is a GREAT gift shop, Dodds Shoes has an amazing selection, 17th ST Cafe was pretty good. The Accomplice is not bad. Altitude Steak House is pretty popular. Pretty good service, make a reservation there or go early on a Fri/Sat evening!! And Chano's Village Mexican Restaurant is pretty good too....busy!!Guest review byTheresaUnited States - 10

I booked this as a stop between Boise and Boulder and was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. Mesa, at the front desk, was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and featured a microwave, desk, coffee maker, two comfy queen beds, and a large TV. The rooms were quiet, I didn't hear anyone else even though I know I had neighbors. The breakfast was far more than expected and a great way to start my day for the remaining five hour drive. I would book here again for sure!Guest review byLaurenUnited States - 8.0
Had a quick stay here.
Had a quick stay here. Tried a steakhouse in Rawlins but it was not very good and was overpriced and the bar was out of basic items. There was one wine selection to choose from. The city is nice & we probably should ask the locals for food advice next time we travel through.Guest review byDebraUnited States - 10

People in Sheridan were very polite and friendly. The city center has many nice shops for those wanting to shop. Very clean city and saw no free ranging people (homeless). Also adequate dining facilities in the area.Guest review byAnonymous
