Overall this property was clean, had a good balance of lively activity and restful periods throughout the day. The staff were all very happy and friendly. Myself and partner had a bad start to our holiday being at El Mouradi Palace, nevertheless Iberostar changed our perspective on Tunisia and was more than willing to get are second attempt to our holiday started on the right note. Staff were more than helpful when hearing about our previous experience. There were also no complaints about the food.

So friendly staff, everyone in the hotel is smiling and working with a positive spirit. Great location. Wonderful beach. Mr. Mokhtar in the restaurant is an icon. Employees in the reception were unbelievably friendly. The hotel is full of facilities.

I loved all of it that’s why I made a second visit within 2 weeks. Everything was perfect about this hotel. The food was delicious the room was amazing. The staff were very attentive. I like every thing in this hotel. i forgot my bébé bag in the hall, they kept it for me until i get it it back. Madame Houda was very professional at booking communication. I'll return back next year definetly.
