Location was great, it was very clean, had everything you needed, the bed was very comfortable, it was lovely having a veranda overlooking the pool & gardens, it great being able to rent a moped from the resort which was very reasonable.

It was outside of the city roughly 15 min with taxi so very quiet place and few people at the beach. The workers there were always very helpful f.exs. had an issue with my ac one they when I told them they immediately ordered a technician and 1 hour after I told them he had already been there and fixed it. This has to be the best place we have ever stayed. The whole place is absolutely beautiful, so private and everything is finished to the most exceptional standard. There is so much thought put into every single element of the stay making it so special. We barely left the property we were so happy just spending time in the room and by the pool. The staff were incredible as well - honestly cannot say enough good things about this place.

    Great staff, good to great breakfasts, with enough food assortment to satisfy the kids. Bicycles for free to move around, shuttles to Khao Lak from 10.00 to 16.00 and back from 10.30 to 16.30. Pools and a mini aquapark across the premises to enjoy when the sea is too wavy. No limitations on what you can bring and consume in terms of food/beverages. A good example of staff/management kindness was a case where both shuttle buses for 11.00 were full booked, yet I was granted a shuttle to buy some mangosteens and beers at our last day. Basically, no complaints about the staff, food (breakfasts only since the low season), or spirit of the place - reasonable, clean, comfortable, kind, safe, calm. Recommended for fams with kids.

    This hotel was exactly what we were looking for, my partner and I loved the big ocean view. The trees here grow on their own, making it feel more wild and real compared to other hotels in Khao Lak where everything is trimmed and neat. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was friendly. All of this for a great price! Also, there are lots of sweet cats on the property😻 I would definitely recommend this place, and come back here myself one day.

    Location is great just a few steps to nang thong beach. All staff is very helpfull and smiley especially Yaya the girl at reception. She helped us for every problem we have and her English is very good. Thank you to her again.     If you want late nights, loud music and a party life, don’t go to Kho Lak. If you want rest and relaxation, great food and no crowds this is the place. Pick your time of year and the town seems deserted.

    Not as busy as Phuket, less people but lots of restaurants with reasonable prices. Very family orientated, no night clubs & pole dancing girly bars. Khao Lak is what Phuket was 30 years ago but is becoming more popular.
