The service was impeccable. The rooms were rustic but beautiful. High end glamping. Food was delicious. To date, the most unique place I have stayed. Will book again on subsequent trips to Rwanda.

I cannot even express the gratitude I have for people and this place! They went above and beyond, do not hesitate to stay here, dont bother looking anywhere else, this is the place to stay, the rooms are immaculate, they washed our clothes, prepared our food which tasted phenomenal, I dream about the tilapia! They went all out for my husbands birthday, arranged for halal meat! Wow! Couldn't believe it! Best hotel ive ever stayed in, truly and I have travelled the world, they even organised our tour for the national park, exceptional! Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone! The service was very good, nice view from the rooms, and the food was very delicious. The personnel helped us with booking a car and guide for the national park and provided us with lunch packages. The Lodge is super close to the south entrance, which was comfortable. We would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the national park.
