We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Grey Hotel in Kopaonik! This gorgeous hotel is centrally located, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable—ideal for a restful night's sleep. Our room had a breathtaking mountain view, and the fresh, cool air only added to our restful sleep. The hotel has recently expanded, with a new addition opening in December 2023, and everything feels fresh and modern. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities, including the swimming pool and sauna, which were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options that kept us full for the rest of the day. The staff were all polite, helpful, and nearly everyone spoke English, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the Grey Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Kopaonik. We can’t wait to return!

My stay at Grey Hotel in Kopaonik was truly unforgettable. The hotel’s perfect location, right by the ski slopes, made everything so convenient. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered breathtaking views of the mountains – waking up to that was magical. The spa was a highlight, offering a relaxing retreat after skiing, while the food was absolutely delicious – from the generous breakfast buffet to the refined dinner menu. What stood out the most was the exceptional service; the staff were warm, attentive, and made me feel completely at home. Wonderful welcoming with local homemade drinks. The hotel offers also dinner which is comfy after ski and the food (both dinner and breakfast) was homemade and very tasty. The SPA is very small, but we were alone in it and it was very romantic and a very relaxing experience. The hotel is quiet and cosy.

The apartment was spacious and warm. The resort also has a small, lovely spa. The receptionist was very nice and helped us every time we needed assistance. The buses to the slopes leave about once an hour; otherwise, you can get there either with your own car or by taxi.
