Lovely historic building, crisp linen and hot shower, toiletries provided. Breakfast was pretty good with lovely dining area. Breakfast was OK. Suggest Breakfast buffet with both Filipino and American dishes. Location was congested but the hotel was located near the mall making it handy to purchase items need while traveling. Staff was kind, considerate and very helpful. Wish to comment the following for there outstanding customer service; Desiree Abella, Kris Ancheta, Carla Mae Martin, Raj Ortal. Raj Ortal was very helpful for he assisted us in obtaining a decent size room and he insured that we had water for the coffee pot, toilet paper, soap, and shampoos to include room maintenance that include clean towels, linen and upkeep of the room. Raj Ortal is great example of customer service he guaranteed that hotel guest are well taken care of and insure our customer needs were satisfied. Raj Ortal customer service is beyond the call for duty and he always insure the needs of the Hotel Customers are take care of, Raj Ortal should be commended for his service to the hotel and its customers.

The staff were amazing. Very happy with their service. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Their restaurant, Cafe Feliz, is really great. The taste is great and the prices are reasonable. Wifi signal is strong. I was able to work. If slippers or cups are needed, it can be requested. Parking is also easy and the hotel location is convenient. No fridge but for the room cost, it is acceptable. Will definitely stay at this hotel when I go back to Dagupan.

If you’re a nature lover who enjoys stunning landscapes, long stretches of coastline, and quiet highways perfect for biking or driving, this destination is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be returning this summer. Two weeks just weren’t enough to fully experience all the incredible spots without feeling rushed. Next time, I’m giving myself more time to truly take it all in.

Coming from Cebu City, there is a striking difference between the people as well as the architecture. We went in Mid May and the town was not overrun with tourists. So it was easy to do the sightseeing. Most things are close by and fairly much in walking distance - if it is not too hot for you. Seeing architecture and their development from hispanic to American to modern style was interesting. There is quite a lot of explanation given - should you be looking for it, and some local guides are eager to show you their treasures.

We had dinner at Sen Lek Thai restaurant - they had generous portions and delicious noodles. Go easy on the chili though - they tend to be spicy when you add so much :) We also had LU RiverFarm Seafood Restaurant - the view would probably be better during the day but the food was delicious as well.

A nice get away specially for young ones who enjoyed the islands & the water activities ( Banana Boat ride our favorite) There's plenty of food to enjoy! Just bring your swimsuit, a hat & sunscreen. the water is cool & refreshing on a hot summer, specially after walking & climbing stairs, there's shaded areas to rest in between for the not-so-young ones .....

Vigan is a nice, small, historical, Spanish influenced town with very nice shops, restaurants, and architecturally pleasing structures. They have a nearby airport which offers flights to Manila, and the Partas bus terminal is only a 5 minute trike ride from the town square area; you can pretty much get anywhere by trike for only 50-100 php. The nearest beach, Santa Catalina, is only about a 10-12 minute trike ride from downtown Vigan; the beach area is underdeveloped but the sunset is still beautiful!

We came solely to check out the waves. My son was interested in surfing. But, the waves were small when we visited. We didn't really explore the town. We took advantage of the cooking facilities and my cousin prepared a meal there. Next visit, I would probably visit some of the local sites.
