Staff was super friendly and hospitable. Exceptional service and breakfast was really good. Property was in a really good spot due to the distance to the beach. Services such as towel beach which was provided from the hotel was a huge plus!

Breakfast was great, it was comparable to other hotels I have stayed at in Manila. The staff were very helpful with what you needed overall !! The Feliz felt like the Sheraton we stayed at in Waikiki. We were given rooms on the ground floor so no views but it turned out to be a blessing because the rooms were spacious and We didn't have to deal with taking the elevators. Being on the ground floor got you everwhere faster in and out of the hotel specially to the beach and the DMall.

Oh my goodness where do I even start?! What a stunning hotel. I felt like a 5 star princess from the moment I landed to my very last day. The staff is so kind and helpful. Their energy is warm and loving. The facilities are modern and fantastic. The restaurant has great food. Oh my goodness the buffet breakfast??? I wanted to cry every morning cause of how good it was.     The resort is beautiful. We like the fact that the beachfront is somewhat private as it wasn't crowded. It was clean and water is crystal clear. The swimming pools are gorgeous. The staff were all AMAZING :-) Service is impeccable. Thank you to the front desk staff, Amanda and Mighty for helping us book of boat rides and vans. To the roof top pool staff, Milo, Peter and the rest of the staff - you guys are amazing - we really enjoyed our afternoons/evenings there. To Marianne and Sam from Sands restaurant, Thank you for helping us every morning for breakfast :-) We will definitely come back and recommend :-)

    Excellent service!!! All the staff from the guards to the front desk and service crew were all great and warm but professional We are blessed that they allowed us to check in early! Kudos to Ms. Ronalyn for her excellent customer service. The location was great and accessible. For me, this is the best Hennan hotel because of its facility. It has bigger space compared with other Hennan’s.

    This place was such good value. The room was great and very clean. It was in a good location and you could walk to either beach and town. All the reviews stating there is a hike, please ignore! Yes there is a short sharp uphill but it lasts for about 20 seconds of walking and then it flattens out. If you have mobility issues then perhaps not for you.

    So much stray doga and cats.this should be reported to the municipal.but weird is theres police around but they dont mind.there should bot be a stray dogs or cats around esp its a public area.some dog poops in the beach area station 1 yuck

    Nice beaches and i will really miss the wonderful pizza from 'Ari Italiana Cucina' at D Mall. I did not like being constantly approched and offered massages. Also, it was diffivult to browse the stalls at D Mall because the vendors all want me to buy from their stalls. This did cause me to sometimes move on without having a proper look around.

    Depends on what you want to do in Boracay. If you want to party and enjoy the crowded beach, go to the main Stations. If you want to enjoy privacy and tranquility with less to no crowd, then go to New Coast.
