Warm welcome, great Christmas decs, modern, clean room with Netflix and close to the port. Went out of their way to accommodate our vegetarian diet. Lovely to see the towel 'swans' and the softest pillows of our trip so far.

The hotel was so close to the beach front where activities for the day can be booked if you fancy being adventurous and also near 7/11 where you could buy all the necessities to make your stay much more comfortable. The place is esthetically pleasing to the eyes every corner is different but beautiful and goes along with its theme. All the staff make sure that the hallways are always super clean. Attention to details are excellent. Having diffusers on the hallways was also added bonus. It makes you feel relaxed and everything is fresh. The rooms was super comfortable and clean equipped with all the basics although there is no view outside through the windows. The staff are well trained they were very respectable, courteous, and always happy to tend to your needs. Fresh and good smelling beach towels are provided when you go outside if you decide to take a dip on the crystals waters or just for lounging on the sand.

STAFF: The service their staff provides is kind of insane. They seemed to have everything we asked for. Every staff would greet and smile. All of them were very accommodating, especially Andy and Harry, who we would run to when we needed something and they always helped us out. The staff is definitely one of the reasons I would stay here again. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: The check-in process was a bit lengthy compared to hotels, but that's usually how it is for resorts. The check-out process was very fast though. The welcome drink was really good. ROOM: Every time we got back to our room, it's always newly cleaned and there were always snacks waiting for us! We always got excited seeing those :) I don't know who did it among our Housekeeping GEMs (Chona/Michie/Clinton/Kisses), but they have mastered the art of towel folding. They always left little notes which I thought was very sweet. The galaxy light was a nice touch too. My favourite part of the room was the plunge pool. SHUTTLE SERVICE: Getting from the airport to the resort was a breeze and it came with oatmeal cookies. We didn't have to do anything but follow where the staff tells us to go. They also have shuttle service between Stations 1 to 3 which was very convenient for us. FOOD/DRINK: The were plenty of breakfast choices at Sand's. The taho tatay shows up at 8am :) We also went for breakfast at Forno Osteria, which was more of a Western breakfast. Lunch and dinner options at Sand's were abundant. I especially loved the seafood they cooked on the spot upon ordering. LOCATION: The location is perfect! It is located at almost the end (I think) of Station 1 so it was a bit far from the beach activities (again, there's shuttle service) and away from the crowd. We mostly stayed at the resort so that didn't really matter to me. The beach is just right in front so it's perfect! OTHERS: We booked our activities with the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Henann Prime Beach Hotel, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made my check-in process seamless. The hotel boasts a stunning beachfront location on the world-renowned White Beach, providing breathtaking views right from my room. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need, including a comfortable bed and a private balcony. The cleanliness and attention to detail were evident throughout the hotel. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel’s restaurant. The menu featured a delightful blend of local and international cuisine, and every dish I tried was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The staff is fantastic, I want to thank especially to Irene and Lynel. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. The pool area was another fantastic aspect of the hotel. With its stunning infinity pool overlooking the beach, it provided the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The poolside service was quick and attentive, ensuring that I always had a refreshing drink in hand. The location of Henann Prime Beach is ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. Whether I wanted to explore the vibrant local scene or simply unwind on the beach, everything was just a short walk away. Overall, my stay at Henann Prime Beach Hotel was exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding dining, and attentive service truly sets this hotel apart. I can't wait to return and create more beautiful memories at this gem in Boracay! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or a memorable vacation.

The stuff and service were just outstanding! Constantly made small, caring gestures. Always took care of us and attentive our wishes. Room clean and nice, and in our room was 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, which is very comfortable if one wants to shower and the other privacy in the toilet😆 Excess straight to the beach for breathtaking sunsets and chilled sunbathing (coconut trees natural sun shade), with amazing service and constant refresh with cooled water, totally safe for belongings (always stuff watching it). It was so far one of the best places we stayed in Phillipines and not just for the location, but for professional care of the stuff!

Cozy hotel in a quiet place. It's quite old, but we liked it. View from terrace was great! Shuttle bus to the center was always in time. We liked hotel restaurant for dinner, - prices are good and food was tasty. They have some vegan options, but you need to ask. We really liked to drink Calamansi juice - hot and cold :) Beautiful area. Iligan beach in a 3 minutes walk, and it was the only not overcrowded beach on Boracay! Puka beach in a 10-15 minutes walk.

Nice beaches and i will really miss the wonderful pizza from 'Ari Italiana Cucina' at D Mall. I did not like being constantly approched and offered massages. Also, it was diffivult to browse the stalls at D Mall because the vendors all want me to buy from their stalls. This did cause me to sometimes move on without having a proper look around.

Kalibo is a cute little town on a mid sized island. People are very friendly and helpful. Visit the large Church on Central Square. Try a visit to New Washington and the local memorial for Bishop Sin, who was instrumental in avoiding bloodshed during the 1986 revolution that austed the then ruling Dictator Ferdinand Marcos. That place features an ancient Port and several fish restaurants with great variety of sea food. You can probably hire the local fishermen for a boat ride.

Caticlan is a small community mostly used for by travelers to ferry between the mainland and Boracay. If you so happen to stay longer then there are tours into the hills. At the Port there is a bank, 7/11, pharmacy and many other stores. Also a high volume of security personnel. Very safe place. To get around you can walk like I did or take a trike for virtually no cost. (There is a cost obviously).

I flew into Kalibo to visit Boracay. That was a huge mistake. It is a long bus ride on terrible roads to get to Caticlan. The bus had no suspension to speak of. One of the bumps was so bad I was thrown into the air and injured my back. If you are visiting Boracay, make sure your plane lands in Caticlan.

It is very crowded and no activities apart from scuba, sailing and helicopter. Restaurants were comparatively expensive to other Asians countries I have visited. I would not recommend Boracay as a holiday vacation destination. Getting to the Island is very 3rd world. Transport from the airport to the departure place was chaotic and one had to board the boats to the island carrying ones own luggage. Ok for backpackers I guess but not for older people like me. Would not recommend.
