And the host was super nice, she gave us a lift to the ferry early in the morning when we checked out. We also rented a car from where she adviced and it was super cheap and good experience. GermanyIt is an artists house. You can feel that into the last details. Our room had a spacious veranda with a view towards the central mountain. Its a bit outside the central area around the port, but you can get there easily by taxi. You can rent a bycicle on venue to get around to the beaches.

They have two bungalows on their property, each of them has its own atmosphere. We stayed in the bungalow that is directly connected to the terrace, which is over the water. So you can see the sea directly from the bed. We spent 6 nights on site, almost every day we used the bikes that the owners rent for free (as well as the kayak and paddelboard). Snorkeling by the corals is possible about 30 meters from the bungalow, just a dream. And sometimes we even saw a small stingray from the terrace. The staff were great, very nice, helpful, and informative. The location was great, a walking distance from Matira beach, the only sandy beach on Bora Bora main island. Bora Bora is a slice of paradise.
Bora Bora is a slice of paradise. We rented a scooter for a day and saw the whole island. What was best was Rudolph at H2O was an amazing tour guide. Well worth the money. Our favourite place was on the lagoon. We hired a pontoon boat and spent a day on the water, one of the best experiences was snorkelling, swimming and relaxing. It was great. Lots of different fish, coral gardens and many sea life. Water was crystal clear and vibrantly blues and greens. Views were endless. Swam at Matira Beach. Wish I could go back there.
