- From US$147.81 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very good - What previous guests thought, 562 reviewsI liked everything about Sunset Hill Lodge! From the friendliness of the staff (Dolores and Gérard), to the excellent condition of everything in the unit (nothing broken, damaged, no duct tape or other temporary fixes), to the comfortable bed, linens, pillows, etc. It was all really well maintained and managed. Everything was clean and tidy. The appliances were relatively new (frost-free fridge/freezer, Bosch gas stove top) and worked great. Air conditioning worked great. Big windows with screens, which I preferred using overnight instead of the AC. Both Dolores and Gérard had helpful information about nearby stores, the public beach, etc. The view was lovely, and the location was walking distance from 2 grocery stores.Guest review byJoanieCanada
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very good - What previous guests thought, 158 reviewsThe owners are very friendly, helpful. They explained everything to us. They have two bungalows on their property, each of them has its own atmosphere. We stayed in the bungalow that is directly connected to the terrace, which is over the water. So you can see the sea directly from the bed. We spent 6 nights on site, almost every day we used the bikes that the owners rent for free (as well as the kayak and paddelboard). Snorkeling by the corals is possible about 30 meters from the bungalow, just a dream. And sometimes we even saw a small stingray from the terrace. If we would come back to Bora Bora, we would definitely come here.Guest review byKarolínaCzech Republic
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,999 reviewsThe hotel was amazing from start to finish! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room was promptly ready and super clean and organised. We enjoyed the "Asiette Bora Bora" for dinner which was amazing!! One of the best seafood dishes we've ever had! The beach is beautiful and snorkeling equipment is free, so is the pool table!! The breakfast was generous with a lot of options!! 100% worth it!!Guest review byJennyIndonesia
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.8Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 70 reviewsThe rooms are nestled in the jungle and you feel as if you are living in an antique shop. Nir and his wife have done an amazing job at creating a unique space. Nir was also very helpful with making dinner arrangements. Plus he has two lovely cats who provide for a lot of entertainment... This was the perfect place to stay in Bora Bora.Guest review byAmyHong Kong
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Superb - What previous guests thought, 50 reviewsYou can't get more Robinson Crusoe feeling... it was by far one of the most special stays we have ever had. The view of Bora Bora, the solitude and the natural life. To sum it up: It was a dream and we will definitely be back. Thank you Tea, Tatiana and Joël 😃Guest review byDennisGermany

Bora Bora is a slice of paradise.
Bora Bora is a slice of paradise. We rented a scooter for a day and saw the whole island. What was best was Rudolph at H2O was an amazing tour guide. Well worth the money. The waters are amazing colours and warm. Temperature perfect. People were nice and friendly. Had some great meals.Guest review byDorisNew Zealand - 10.0
Our favourite place was on the lagoon.
Our favourite place was on the lagoon. We hired a pontoon boat and spent a day on the water, one of the best experiences was snorkelling, swimming and relaxing. It was great. Lots of different fish, coral gardens and many sea life. Water was crystal clear and vibrantly blues and greens. Views were endless. Swam at Matira Beach. Wish I could go back there. Restaurants were good and plentiful - we ate at Lucky House and Maitai Restaurants.Guest review byTracyAustralia - 10.0
Going to Matira Beach is a must.
Going to Matira Beach is a must. Have a drink or sunset at the Bora Bora Beach Club that's right on the beach. Go on a boat tour to a Motu (an islet) and snorkeling (ask for DiDi the boat captain).Guest review bychristianUnited States
