The hotel is nearby the river and a few min walk from the main street. There is a beautiful garden to relax and have your breakfast before tge safari trip which the owner Sunil can book. I was not feeling well when I arrived and they looked after me so well. Amazing, warm and helpful people with great knowledge. Sunil welcomes you with a beautiful smile and makes sure you are enjoying your time in Sauraha and Chitwan. I highly recommend the place!

Everything was perfect ! The lodge is really beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay there ! The food was good and Vishnu was an extremely competent guide who went out of his way to give us the best possible safari experience, I could not recommend this lodge enough

Booked a deluxe triple room with air conditioned based on previous excellent reviews. It was excellent, just like all other reviews are saying: super friendly staff, very clean, good WIFI, very good air conditioned. From this hotel, all of your requests can be answered (safari booking, bus booking, laundry, etc.) at very competitive prices. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by rice fields and a 15 min. walk from the ''main street''. Suraj was very helpful and they have a pick-up truck to drive you to and from different places in Sauraha. Overall, we enjoyed 100% of our stay and definitely recommend this place.

On top of it,the Hotel has really beautiful all fruits and herbs medical values and all tropical fruits trees such as mangoes tree ,gova tree, Jack fruits tree, lemon tree,papya trees,lichees tree,red berries trees, pomegranate trees, and many more beautiful flowers..as the name so it is.. really peace you can feel it.. The manager was too good. Good insight into the National park. The jungle activities are too good. You will enjoy the local taste.     I highly recommend staying at Jungle Safari Resort. Indeed this was a return visit having had a fantastic stay last year. Manager Sangam liaised with me before booking to plan a perfect itinerary. The hotel has very comfy large rooms set in an idyllic garden. Perfect location. The food is delicious, including packed lunches for our day safaris. Sangam, Sujan and all the staff were kind and paid attention to detail, such as providing a cold drink and fresh fruit when I arrived back after a hot day on safari. My jungle guide Gopal was excellent and full of information. He had guided me before and I specifically asked for him again. The accompanying guides Ram and Som were also excellent. I recommend doing both a jungle walk and a jeep safari to see the jungle in different ways. Definitely recommend you stay here and speak with manager Sangham in advance to book your safaris. He also arranged my travel from Kathmandu to Chitwan and then from Chitwan to Pokhara which was a great help.

    We spent two nights here in a beautiful setting – highly recommended to everyone! Everything was clean, peaceful, and calm. Despite our delay, the owner waited for us until midnight, helped us with the check-in, and arranged everything we needed for the trek and our visit to the national park. Wonderful people – always helpful and kind. Once again, thank you for the lovely time we had at your place – we’d be happy to stay again. Wishing you all the best... namaste!

    The only reason to stay in Chitwan is to visit the national...

    The only reason to stay in Chitwan is to visit the national park, however, you can easily be ripped off by local guides and tour operators. Just shop around and remember that Jeep Safaris are a rip off because chanches of seeing any wild animal are extremely slim andyou end up spending 4 boring hours getting around the park. Make sure you know all options and talk to locals and tourist to find the best tour. I also recommend to visit the Tharu people site and see their dances, which is the best experience I had in this place

    We had such an awesome visit to Chitwan, made even better by our stay at this hotel. Such friendly and helpful service throughout. We organised all our safaris through the hotel (which included lunch) if it was a full day, this was very handy. Often we’d be tired after the long day out on safari (lucky enough to see lots of beautiful birds and rhinos). Facilities were good, bed very comfortable and nice hot shower. We ate a lot at the hotel which was very tasty. Fresh produce! Most guests seem to be getting involved with the safaris so are up early this can mean it can be a bit noisy in the mornings, which didn’t phase us.

    Make sure you visit the animal friendly project Stand Up 4...

    Make sure you visit the animal friendly project Stand Up 4 elephants! It’s free and you meet two rescue elephants ladies :) We did a full day jeep safari and a half day jungle walk+canoeing. We were lucky and saw a bear, a bison, wild elephants and rhinos. Lots of colourful birds, crocodiles, monkeys etc. but you need luck to see the big animals. It’s sad that it is allowed to ride elephants in the Nationalpark what is an absolutely animal crime and the idea of a Nationalpark is to protect animals and nature. Also, to make more money, they let start five jeeps with one or two guests in it instead of putting them together. So they need to make more efforts and be more eco friendly. It worth a visit when you are already in the country and have time. But two days are enough.

    It was my second visit to Chitwan. I'll be returning again soon, to see more of what I haven't seen yet. I've, the crocodile breeding centre and the elephants. Plenty of places to choose from for meals. Easy to walk around the town, apart from where the streets are being improved. Plus, even when many tourists there, it doesn't seem crowded. Pleasant weather during my time there. Plus, I managed to see several football World Cup games, at different bars/restaurants.
