To my pleasant surprise it was almost right next to the place! They also allowed me to store my luggage before check in, very convenient as I arrived to town a few hours before check-in. Nice variety for breakfast. Nice room and comfortable bed. Very nice bathrooms. This was my first time in Fredrikstad and my stay was for business travel. The area is friendly, has modern charm, and had plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. The location of the hotel is located in walking distance from many resturants in the middle of thr city. The hotel has reserved parkingspots included in the stay. It is a great place to visit during the summer, with lots of people in town and at the restaurants by the pier promenade. The city center is quite compact, so you can walk from the railway station in one end, to the football stadium in the other end, in about 25 minutes. The city is by the ocean, so there are a lot of beaches and places to swim just outside the city proper. The nightlife is quite good too, especially during weekends.Guest review byKjetilNorway
