CanadaHow am I going to put into words how absolutely wonderful Kifaru Bush Camp was??
One can not but feel welcome when you are personally greeted by Natalia Nailenge as you step out of the vehicle.Welcome rooibos tea cocktails offered by a smiling Hambeleleni Nakapandi.
Dinner was from heaven for Chef Selma E Shigwedha prepared exeptional Oryx steaks with beautiful side dishes after our evening drive.

I booked an evening drive but only morning drives are done, but these two young people went above and beyond to make an evening drive possible and Richardo had lovely sundowner drinks and snacks ready and available on our arrival at the viewing area.
Johannes controlled everything fire, from the inviting camp fire on arrival back from our drive to every room's boiler fire for our hot water.
Not only was our visit and drive fantastic, it was also educational.
Amber and Tristan shared their passion for protecting the rhino in their care and about the 'Rhino Momma Project"
'More time to visit' is definitely on my list for next time.

United KingdomWe had such a great time. The staff were all so wonderful, the location is magical, and the food was lovely too. Couldn't have asked for more. The drive from the main road is quite long, but with animals the whole way. We were self-driving Etosha but the safari guide came and found us without us asking and showed us on a map the best spots to go and times of day to go there, which led us to some incredible sightings. Sitting having dinner at sunset watching the rhinos, giraffes and game wandering around the watering hole was one of the highlights of our trip. The drive to Etosha is about an hour each way, so I would recommend splitting time between this lodge and a night or two in the park, but you won't regret staying here.

PolandAbsolutely stunning. Great location on our way to Etosha. The landlords are very kind, attentive to the guests' needs, and going a long way to meet them. The chalets are clean and comfy. Great breakfast and dinners (kudos to the landlady/chef). No problem with later check out.

We spent two nights here…it was the right amount of time to...
We spent two nights here…it was the right amount of time to view animals in Etosha National Park. The terrain here (unlike Numatoni) is vast and flat. Animals are few and far between but with persistance and great binoculars we spotted a Black Rhinocerous, elephants, zebra, springbok, oryx, giraffe, ostriches, and 1 lion, all during daylight hours. The food is best OUTSIDE the park. There is NO fuel in the ENTIRE park! The “Trading Post” is the nearest fuel to this village (less than 10km). We were disappointed by the extremely bad roads in the park. There is no information about the rugged dirt roads in the park. We were happy to leave the park without an accident or car broken. Outjo is not a very clean town but ideal stop over for travelers on their way to or from Etosha. Visitors can also by essential supplies for their on-going travels.
