SpainThe best place to stay in Pinta de Ouro! The location is on the beach, the vibe, the people who live and work there, all the guests are all so incredibly nice. I regretted staying so short. Next time I'll stay for a month! The diving was ridiculously good. We had 20 sharks swimming around at the same time. I can't praise this place more, I had the absolute best time ever here ❤️

ItalyEverything! Immersed in nature, really nice room, comfortable bed and nice hot shower with great pressure! But the best was the staff, they really made you feel at home and super welcome! Also thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fruit for breakfast and the location (15 min walk to the beach and 20 to the town).

Ponta do Ouro is a lovely place!
Ponta do Ouro is a lovely place! The beaches are warm and turquoise, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. We swam with dolphins, walked along the golden sands, ate plenty of prawns, sipped on delicious cocktails, swam in the ocean, went on scenic walks, and just fully relaxed. Get ready to deflate your car tyres and sink your toes into the sand and soak up the breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean at this stunning property! The surrounding area is a sandy haven, perfect for barefoot strolls. Be prepared for a scenic hike down a dune to reach the beach, but trust me, it's absolutely worth it! The beach itself is a tropical paradise, with crystal-clear blue waters and locals offering rejuvenating massages. You will find beach tents and chairs for hire, all you need to bring is your towel. Just a heads up: the tent guys only take cash (R200 for a tent and 2 chairs in our case), but they happily accept both Mozambican currency and South African Rand. On a brighter note, the beach bar accepts card payments, so you can sip on your favorite drinks without a hitch. Whether you are a hiking enthusiast or just looking for a relaxing beach day, this spot has got you covered! Ponta is always a great place to visit.
Ponta is always a great place to visit. Unfortunately we were dissatisfied with our accomodation as we weren't warned that tents are right next to and in front of a very noisy restaurant with music playing from 10am till midnight. Ponta Malongane is lovely.
Ponta Malongane is lovely. The beaches are lovely and clean and the people are very friendly. We went out on a boat and saw dolphins and whales, it was great. Very friendly and welcoming coastal town, everything you need for your stay is there. Lots to do and the beach setting is beautiful. It’s a great place to go and relax. The kind of place that grows on you. The roads are very sandy in places so deflate your tires and you will manage well. 4x4 is not a must but certainly preferable. The road to Ponta Malongane is a track mostly but follow the directions and ask the locals as you go... They are very helpfulGuest review byHeidi
