One of the best hotels I have stayed at in terms of value for money. The quality of the food and drink is excellent and the rooms are spacious and right on a beautiful stretch of beach. Everything, it was the perfect destination, beautiful island, exclusive, quiet, the staff was wonderful, every single one of them. The manager Lucas, best one I've ever met and seen involved at any resort I've been, in the background, but fully aware of what was going on with staff and guests, he created a wonderful welcoming atmosphere. The food was delicious, loved the fact that so many different types of drinks was included. Loved the flowers on the bed from the cleaning crew and the night before we left, the whole bed was decorated with frangipani flowers, the room smelled so delicious! It was an absolute fantastic week!

I had changed my travel plans and ended up staying longer at Hôtel Riziky than anticipated. It was the best decision. The Hotel itself sits on a large, partially forested property right next to a charming beach. From this quiet and sublime setting on the bay the centre of Diego Suarez is reached within 10minutes. It is a perfect location to venture out and explore the Northern Tip of Madagascar, with its rich history and incredible natural land-and seascapes. There are a variety of rooms available on the property to suit the specific needs of guests. My room, on the second floor of one of the white rendered brick buildings, was tastefully furnished and beautifully spacious with a large balcony/window overlooking the bay and sky. There’s even hot water, a rarity in my experience. The food was exceptional, prepared with such dedication and attention, tasted great and always presented beautifully. It often including fresh seafood caught on the day. The breakfast plentiful always accompanied with a freshly made exotic juice. The pricing is very reasonable. Hôtel Riziky is relatively new and is, in its village style setting, still being extended. It is the result of a Malagasy family vision, built and run by three wonderful sisters, amidst other members. It is both, their work and life, which shows in the level of care and the guesthouse model they are realising, which is embedded sensitively on their land. They are always helpful, considered and supportive, catering to my and other guests needs. I had the best time and was profoundly touched by the genuine, easeful and welcoming mood and gestures. Can’t wait to return.

We stayed at this hotel in Nosy Be and couldn’t be happier! The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, and cleaned daily if desired. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the shower provides consistently hot water with great pressure — a real comfort in the warm climate. The pool is beautiful, cleaned every morning, and there’s always enough space to lounge around it. The surroundings feel like a little oasis, with lush greenery and charming details that make the whole area very inviting. It’s also wonderfully quiet at night, allowing for restful sleep. Breakfast is delicious, with options between “sweet” and “savory,” which we really appreciated. Both lunch and dinner are good as well — the gnocchi is especially good! With Italian owners, it’s no surprise the food is amazing. The staff is incredibly helpful, assisting with arranging excursions and checking in on guests throughout their stay. They helped with laundry and were quick to offer help when my partner got sick (even though it happened at another hotel). Overall, this place offers great value for money. I would highly recommend it to friends and family, and with all this — especially considering the price — I rate it a 10/10.
