The grounds are lush and tranquil, and the design of the rooms and villas is full of character and charm. Service was attentive without being overbearing, and the food—especially breakfast—was consistently fresh and well-prepared. We just stayed at the hotel, so can't say much for the location related to the rest of Marrakech, but the place was beautiful, the dinner was lovely, and the staff were amazing. 10/10 all the way.

    Every single person was amazing. Especially Soufiane ( I hope he gets this message. I also hope I am spelling his name right). From our very first night to our last, he has gone beyond and above for my two boys and I. He really made our 3 nights stay and money worth every cent. For his beautiful kindness, he showed toward us and his excellent customer service, I will definitely come back and hope he will still be working at the hotel when we do come back.     The people and the place. The best place overall we stayed in Morocco. Aurélien & his mother were so great! We arrived and the chef was sick so we were treated to an absolutely lovely dinner cooked by Aurélien’s mum. The other people staying were also awesome which added to the whole experience. We felt hugely welcome and loved the place overall. Really absolutely nothing bad to say.

    Got in and offered dinner straight away, Abdel then waited for us to book in the excursions. We had a full Hamam and spa, the ladies who are in the Hamam were so good OMG! Massage was nice with a little swim after. Got to to the room to find fruit basket (wasn’t that fresh looking) and snacks left which we wasn’t expecting so was such a sweet gesture!

    We loved the Riad.

    We loved the Riad. Disliked the square and souks which we found hazardous to navigate due to the constant dangers of people flying around at speed on mopeds. We were also upset about the conditions of the animals i e monkeys, chickens, snakes, donkeys and horses. The animals care and welfare is sadly lacking .

    The hospitality and the gorgeous setting were my two favorite aspects of the Riad Jnane Imlil and the village of Imlil. The surroundings are majestic and the staff of the riad were so very warm. The food was delicious and convenient (breakfast was included, and you can purchase dinner and eat in the building). I was not feeling well from before I arrived in Imlil, and still it was a beautiful place to rest in. We had planned to do a full-day trek and have lunch with a Berber family in their home, but had to cancel due to my illness. Still, we walked around a bit in the village and that was so very pleasant. The riad had a pool and has beautiful terraces and balconies to enjoy the gorgeous views from. I highly recommend this riad to anyone.

    A hidden little gem!!

    A hidden little gem!! The local people and the magical vibe of this place will stay in our hearts for along time! I accidentally booked our family to stay here instead of Essoauria and did not regret it for one minute. We loved it here and with our car we were able to drive to Essoauria easily.

    Very nice city and friendly people.

    Very nice city and friendly people. Personally I prefer the quiet places. Unlikely Marrakesh, Safi is very quiet and nice city to discover and learn about in a week, you will be able to make friends easily and recognise the locals quicker. Also the beach and the areas around it is very close and the prices are very affordable.

    Ourika is breath taking.

    Ourika is breath taking. The restaurants with the river flowing is amazing. The kids loved splashing in the river. The waterfall is well worth exploring. The local residents are very welcoming and friendly. I definitely want to visit Ourika again!

    There's some local shops about 7 mins from the hotel, but you would need a taxi/ car to visit. Quite basic shops/coffee places for a more authentic village experience, but the main attraction is Essaouira which is a further 10 mins by car.
