Beautiful 5 star hotel ambience with even more beautiful staff! Extremely professional and pleasant from each department. From the management, front desk/reception, security, housekeeping, both restaurant staff; each encounter was always a prompt and efficient. My family cannot thank the Dusit Princess Hotel team enough for making our stay exceptional we had extend our stay!     First of all I like to think the duty manager she went way in both and beyond Neema Ahmed Duty Manager my last few nights she went way out of her way above and beyond unfortunately a lot of times people do not want to take the time just to give a review so I'm taking the time to give this review from a scale to 1 to 10 no I would give it a 100%, I highly recommend this hotel and I highly advise anyone please do not hesitate stay here from the staff housekeeping the desk from the bartenders the breakfast buffet everybody was kind and very very helpful and I give this hotel 100% and I encourage anyone to stay here you would feel welcome everybody goes way and above and beyond their job duties the last few nights of me being there I shared a moment with the duty manager Neema Ahmed Duty Manager they had a saxophone player and she did something very special for me and my girlfriend and it was beautiful and like I said a lot of times hotels you stay at the staff can be rude and ignorant no not here everybody is kind and caring and willing to help you I had a wonderful time I met some beautiful people staying at this hotel this is from the manager and she went around in the morning time just to make sure we were comfortable so I'm taking my time to explain my visit there wow wow wow I can't wait to come back and stay here and I'm just taking the time just to say thank you for everything from everybody from the hotel staff and even the security guards that stands from the gate everybody is speaking and saying hello and have a smile on their face and like I said earlier at this hotel everybody is willing to help you and to make your visit pleasant and happy God bless everyone that works at this hotel and all the managers and the staff that did the beautiful decoration on the table romantically and they made it very nice for my girlfriend and I share that with the duty manager and she went way above and beyond never I have experienced this at any hotel that I...

    I was met at the airport at 10pm by a very polite young man with a placard with my name on it and escorted to the car park to be driven to the hotel - a fantastic welcome for my first visit to Kenya. This transfer was included in the price. Check in was painless and a guy carried my heavy bag up to my room. The restaurant was open 24 hours, but I didn't use it until breakfast time. This was just a night stop on my way to the Maasai Mara, but the room had good aircon and an adequate ensuite shower. The bed had a good mosquito net and there was cold water in the fridge - all I could ask for. Breakfast the next morning was excellent - eggs and bacon and lots of other things - and it was a complete bargain. I would stay here again - and probably will on my next visit to Kenya.

    I had a nice, quiet, and restful stay at Hillpark Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were pleasant and welcoming, always ready with a smile and waiting to help in whatever way they could. I was also happy to find that the wifi was working great. My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer, so I missed out on enjoying facilities like the swimming pool and the sauna, both of which looked great. I'll definitely be back to sample both.

    Hotel's location was perfect for my needs.

    Hotel's location was perfect for my needs. The staff are very warm and friendly, nothing is too much for them. They will go the extra mile without question. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The room was very comfortable, spacious and very clean. The hotel offer an airport shuttle, which I make use of. To me, this is a home away from home. A big thank you to the entire management and staff at Hyatt Place.

    Nice hotel, good location as you can easily move around the city, and it’s in a secure environment too, the staff here are welcoming, breakfast was good, room is as seen on booking.com. Overall, my stay was good and will definitely be using them again if I come back to this city.. good value for money 👍

    Safety is the best of Karen.

    Safety is the best of Karen. It's quiet, a lot of nature, sidewalks (so good for walking/running). Waterfront mall has everything you need, CJ's restaurant are high quality. Same with Naivas markets. It might be hard to get public transport, but Uber-Bolt are in 1000s. Giraffe center and Waterfront amusement are great places to visit. The Legend restaurant is more than amazing too.

    If you really want a lovely enjoyable holiday in Kenya that you will look back upon and make you want to return then do this.DO NOT STAY IN NAIROBI!!AVOID IT PLEASE.Fly straight to Mombasa and i promise you that you will have a great holiday and you will return to Mombasa.This is my true opinion and i hope it helps people not to make the mistake i made.
