It was amazing couple of days in Hyatt Westlands. Visiting Nairobi wouldn't be full without this hotel. Roy at the reception was very helpful and kind and fast with any request. We had issues with Booking payment and we were able so solve it fast. I enjoyed the view and the food and I would be lucky if I come back.

Super clean and reserved environment! Great staffs and customer service too. I was offered two complementary drinks upon my arrival. Also, the rooms had a lot of junk food in it and also, they have really great and tasty meals. I was also taken to the forest reserve with the hotel’s conceirge service for free. This property is amazing!!!!! Perfect location, right next to Yaya Center. The staff is super!!! Nothing too much trouble and your requests are all taken care of immediately. The apartments are big and spacious and very clean. Modern design with all things you might need. Kitchen is well equipped too. There are two pools, one for kids and a big lap pool.

    Nairobi is such a mixture of people and things to do.

    Nairobi is such a mixture of people and things to do. We visited Karen Blixin museum and the slums as well as the giraffe manor and elephant sanctuary. The National Park in the middle of the city is stunning. Traffic however is a nightmare and the roads often in a state of disrepair making moving around a challenge.

    Nice hotel, good location as you can easily move around the city, and it’s in a secure environment too, the staff here are welcoming, breakfast was good, room is as seen on booking.com. Overall, my stay was good and will definitely be using them again if I come back to this city.. good value for money 👍

    Safety is the best of Karen.

    Safety is the best of Karen. It's quiet, a lot of nature, sidewalks (so good for walking/running). Waterfront mall has everything you need, CJ's restaurant are high quality. Same with Naivas markets. It might be hard to get public transport, but Uber-Bolt are in 1000s. Giraffe center and Waterfront amusement are great places to visit. The Legend restaurant is more than amazing too.

    I had a great time in Nairobi. Love the people.

    I had a great time in Nairobi. Love the people. They are so welcoming and accommodating. Loved the food . My only challenge was the language and the traffic jam at certain hours and crossing the roads in some areas. The driving is "fast and furious". Its easy to get around Nairobi with an Uber and a couple of touristic sites to visit like the Nairobi National Park, which is good for nature lovers. The masai market for souvenirs and handicrafts.

    It was a transit point and I could have spent an additional night (on my return from Masai Mara) to explore the Nairobi National Park which was exceptionally good for bird watching indeed. I really regret not doing that, but hopefully next time.
