I liked the property because it is accessible and that it is near a mall. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable overall. The dining area is very nice and offers a view of Nairobi. Security is good which added to the safety I felt staying in the city. Good breakfast.

A beautiful and calm oasis to escape from Nairobi’s craziness in a safe neighborhood. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Antonina and Wilson took best care of us and left us with no wish unfulfilled. We even got a free room upgrade just to make us feel more at home. We ate there for lunch two times and it also very good !

Amazing breakfast cooked to order and excellent Kenyan coffee. Set up tables in garden with beautiful setting. Staff so welcoming and could not do enough for you to enjoy your stay.     Nice hotel, good location as you can easily move around the city, and it’s in a secure environment too, the staff here are welcoming, breakfast was good, room is as seen on booking.com. Overall, my stay was good and will definitely be using them again if I come back to this city.. good value for money 👍

    Safety is the best of Karen.

    Safety is the best of Karen. It's quiet, a lot of nature, sidewalks (so good for walking/running). Waterfront mall has everything you need, CJ's restaurant are high quality. Same with Naivas markets. It might be hard to get public transport, but Uber-Bolt are in 1000s. Giraffe center and Waterfront amusement are great places to visit. The Legend restaurant is more than amazing too.

    Nairobi is such a mixture of people and things to do.

    Nairobi is such a mixture of people and things to do. We visited Karen Blixin museum and the slums as well as the giraffe manor and elephant sanctuary. The National Park in the middle of the city is stunning. Traffic however is a nightmare and the roads often in a state of disrepair making moving around a challenge.

    I had a great time in Nairobi. Love the people.

    I had a great time in Nairobi. Love the people. They are so welcoming and accommodating. Loved the food . My only challenge was the language and the traffic jam at certain hours and crossing the roads in some areas. The driving is "fast and furious". Its easy to get around Nairobi with an Uber and a couple of touristic sites to visit like the Nairobi National Park, which is good for nature lovers. The masai market for souvenirs and handicrafts.
