The location of the hotel was ideal for our group of 4 adults. Close to subway for a short ride to places like Osaka Castle. And literally across the street from the 7/11 and other convenience stores and small restaurants where you can get something quick to eat. Incredibly well maintained, beautiful, well designed rooms, super clean with excellent amenities (free toiletries and slippers). The staff are lovely and helpful and most of time at least one on the team available speaks English. If not, we got by with our google translate app. Skip the coffee you make yourself in your room and head to the drink counter in the lobby open from 6:00 - 11:00 AM. It’s free and way better.

    This Hotel is amazing. Real top service. The staf are loads of employeés. You find them everywhere ready to help you with what ever question you may have. Before you even talk to someone, they are alteady standing in front of you. Asking how the kan help. I stayed for 6 night in de Natural Comfort room. The room had loads of space. Perfectly clean. It is cleaned every day with 2 pyjama's left on your bed every day. It was an amazing experience to see the professionalisme of this property. It is also very buitifull and very big. You can easily get lost. There is a also a great every 15mn Hotel Shuttle to Osaka station and back. Great experience. Next time I visit Japan I will definitly stay in Hotel. Great Job !

We had a person in our troop forget something in our previous hotel in a different city and the staff helped coordinate the return of the item with the previous hotel in an efficient manner and communicated with us well on its status and retrieval.

    everything was amazing from A-Z. We took the Ever White room and couldn't be more pleased! Balcony view was so breathtaking, needless to stay the bathroom jacuzzi looking out to the buildings in Osaka city centre. Their bath ameneties was tip top too! 1st class service was provided throughout even before you step into the hotel.

    We spent our time around Tennoji.

    We spent our time around Tennoji. My wife and son especially liked Abeno Q's Mall. There's a lot of affordable food and shopping. Most people want to go to Dotonbori or Shinsaibashi, but they're just too crowded and not great. I think Abeno is much better.

    We only stayed one night when we arrived as we needed a place to recharge and freshen up before we head to Kyoto. The hotel is very nice with complete amenities in the room. The room we occupied has the view of the airport runway but we never heard any noise coming from the airplanes arriving and taking off. A bit expensive but it was worth it. Breakfast buffet was very good too.

    Sakai is where the Black Ship finally stopped, it brough the first Portugese to Japan. The city is full of history and is where some of the best knives in the country are made. Easy to walk around, barely a tourist in sight, it is a wonderful counter balance to the frentic and congested Osaka scene. Highly recomend the knife factory and history tour, you can book that through Trip Advisor. Remi the guide was fantastic.

    To be truthful I stayed because I wanted to visit the airport as an aircraft spotter, so I did not look around a lot, however in the evening I did find an excellent Nepalese bar / restaurant, so much so that I never bothered to look for anywhere else the following two nights of my stay.

    The area was close to a number of interesting sites. We visited an incredible vintage market at Expo '70 Commemorative Park. Travel to Katsuo Ji (my favorite!) was easy from this area. Our rental here was a great bargain.

    The breakfast was fantastic — so many options, and everything tasted great. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Every part of the hotel, including our room, was spotless. I requested fresh towels daily, and they not only provided them but also made the bed each day. The views from our room, the restaurant, and the Sky Spa were absolutely breathtaking. After a long day of walking and sightseeing, relaxing in the Sky Spa’s large bath with that amazing view was the perfect way to unwind.

    New and very reasonable price for the quality. Highly recommended for the travellers before the trip, but better to buy something to eat and drink around the station, before reaching this hotel by walk (10mins) as there are not many shops around.

Went for Expo 2025 was great except for massive crowds! Only saw inside of 2 pavilons but was worth it to experience the Great Wheel! Don't tear it down!!!!

    We didn’t like the location at all, on the internet it says the first train to airport starts at 4:30 that’s why I booked this location but we turned out having to book a taxi ride which was 5500 yen just 6k to the airport 🥲

    You are staying there Just for the sleep, nothing more. The room has it's own bath, massage chair, flat screen, all sorts of things. But it is poor in terms of hygiene and room service. However, you should keep in mind not to have high expectation, since it's considerably cheap.
