Staff were very friendly and helpful! Location was ideal for Madaba; bang in the centre of town but very quiet. Interior was lovely: clean and comfortable. I was not expecting this luxury. Bar was a bonus. Very happy!

We spend one night in the Black Iris II and we couldn't make a better choice. The staff was always very welcoming and smiling. The room so nice with attention to details like all around the hotel which is totally new. the room and the hotel were so clean and cosy that it felt like home. Omar was exceptional 👏 he made sure I got anything I needed and stayed in contact with me until I arrived. He also went to get me food because I arrived late and tired without me asking. the hotel also managed to order a taxi for me to get to the airport on time.
