Beautiful room and excellent service. They arranged for a driver and guide to pick me up from the airport and my transfers. They also prepared a light dinner for me after I arrived that was just amazing. I highly recommend this hotel

Free parking, we got a rental car. In the minibar there was free water. The place is near the historical places like the Madaba map. The whole city is very beautiful with friendly people.

We were surprised by the attitude of all the staff and especially from Jamal :). We got special treatment from all of them. The room was nice and clean. The location and brekfast also was good.
