Really friendly and helpful host, located in centre of Tai O town and quick easy walk from taxi/bus stop. Really easy self check in, fridge/toaster/coffee facilities available in communal hallway. We stayed in Deluxe double over looking the town with balcony, larger room than expected with plenty of wardrobe space. Travelled with our 2.5yr old daughter and she was very comfortable here!

We enjoyed our entire stay at this hotel. Although we had to check out and move to Central, we came back on our last day because we truly loved the comfort of this hotel and the free shuttle services it offers. We also appreciated how they clean the rooms daily, even without being asked. We felt safe here, and despite being quite far from Hong Kong Island, we found it convenient thanks to the shuttle services. The staff were wonderful. However, I hope there will be more Asian or Filipino food options, as well as white rice, in the buffet breakfast. Overall, it was a very nice stay, and we will definitely be back!

Best thing is that hotel is connected to a shopping mall, only one escalator up from the reception, and shopping mall is connected with metro station. I was so happy about that. 5 mins from hotel is ngong ping 360 cable car and in the basement of citygate outlet is huge supermarket. Also hotel provides shuttle bus to and from airport every 20mins. The room is not that small, I was afraid because od the other comments, it’s regular size. Bed is comfy with 4 pillows. Breakfast was very good, a lot of options. I was there for only 3 nights and I would come again.
