The facilities, the room with the private pool, the restaurants, the spa, the whole concept is amazing, but the best of all is the fantastic staff!!! Always friendly, helpful and doing an extra mile to make our holidays unforgetable. We were very spoiled and the return back home was not easy. BTW the hotel is very close to the beach (3 mins walk distance), a plus for sea lovers 😉.

    Gloria Maris probably or most definitely has the best location on the island. I can guarantee you will experience the best most relaxing vacation in this hotel. Embedded into the landscape it serves you with an incredible view to the south (sunrise) and you can see the turtle island right up front. 🏝️ 🐢 We were in one of the private suites with a private (shared area) swimming pool for suite guests, which is an incredible infinity pool. The staff is so lovely and welcoming especially Jay (Most viby Bartender), Fanny (hope i spelled the name right haha) and Alex. You will find them down at the bar during the day next to the water. Speaking of water. The hotel has an exclusive access to the sea with wide and shallow water. Great for swimming and snorkeling! The food and drinks are super delicious.     The hotel's location is excellent, quiet and convenient, with lots of greenery around it. Parking your vehicle is very easy. The staff is very polite and helpful. The room was modern, spacious and had a great view from its' balcony. The bathroom was spotless and fully equipped. The pool area and the pool itself are very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was served in a beautiful and spacious room, it had a lot of choices and every day something new was added. Overall, we were completely satisfied with the hotel, we highly recommend it and would definitely choose it again for our next trip to Zakynthos.

    Super super friendly staff! Nectaria and all of the reception team were exceptional. Since we were to leave super early on the last day, they anticipated the corresponding breakfast to the day we arrived, which was a pleasant surprise. They also managed to get us into a boat tour which we had not booked in advance, and it was amazing. Trust their recommendations and enjoy Zakynthos, which is beautiful! The hotel was very well taken care of. Our room was spacious and even included a nice balcony.

    Out of all the Greek islands we visited, Zakynthos was our absolute favorite! The sea was an incredible shade of blue, unlike anything we’ve ever seen. And the food was absolutely delicious, with friendly locals who made us feel like we were home.

    If you like to be in the center of the action (restaurants, bars, night life), Tsilivi is a good spot. If you are searching for something more relaxed, i advise to search for other locations in the island. Tsilivi is probably the best basis to visit all the rest of the island, very centered, but we were looking for a more relaxed and less"touristic" area.

    An abundance of Restaurants of many denominations, plus plenty of themed bars for drinks, all within walking distance, just perfect!!! The whole place is relaxed, happy, and just such a good place to be, a perfect location to unwind and enjoy after a few months hard slog at home. Or, a great location to hit the bars and live the high life, your choice, a fantastic location for singles, couples, groups and families alike, Kalamaki has just about everything, for everyone, and everyone is just so friendly; what a place to live, never mind just holiday!!!

    Small village with plenty of choice of eateries, bars and mainly tourust shops. Not the best beach in Zante but nice enough if you're lucky enough to bag one of the limited good spots. Traffic can be a problem at busy times and the whole village can quickly gridlock with buses and coaches.

    The beaches were lovely and gently shelving which made it really safe for everyone. We often walked round to the padded sunbeds near the port of Alykanas, which were 15 euros a days but so much more comfortable than the hotel ones. The town has a good selections of shops, bars and restaurants and you can also walk up to Alykes town along the canal

    Amoudi is a lovely little village - so peaceful but has a good few restaurants within walking distance. Plus a well stocked little supermarket for all every day needs. It’s not a bustling resort like some others nearby.

    Calm and very nice area.

    Calm and very nice area. Close to the sea, perfect for relaxation, away from the crowds. The only thing i do not like, but this is not related to this specific area, are the roads. The roads can be very bad, and if you navigate using google maps or waze, you'll definitely end up on narrow roads.

    The location was beautiful, so green with stunning mountains leading down to the beach with views of turtle island. Nice selection of restaurants and grocery stores. Lots of boat rental companies. We liked Tzanetos restaurant most, sit upstairs with lovely views. We hired a boat from Sirocco, right on the sea front, they were not pushy and were very professional.
