The room was ok equipped and the internet was fine, not perfect, but then again it was better than most of Greece. All the hotel's spaces seemed very well looked after with good attention to detail. The beach was awesome, the bar was serving drinks and food on the spot, the staff from the beach was really friendly as well. We were really impressed by the breakfast, there was a lot of variety and within the resort there's also a very good tavern. Limenas is the best location to stay in Thassos especially if you have kids. Everything is near walking distance restaurants and supermarkets. Beautiful beaches. Amazing fresh fish. Potos is a lively town with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. The beach is large and had sun beds that are usually free with a purchase, and the hospitality staff were friendly and helpful. Potos is a great location and is in near reach to other places, usually around a 10/20 minute drive. It is close to Theologos, Giola and other nice beaches including Notos and Rosogremos (both beautiful beaches). This location is a gem. Beach is awesome, you can travel to other locations, food is out of this world. Value for dollar is magic. The best food for the least cost. How this can be? The souvlaki at ZIAFET GYROS, GRILL, ruined all souvlaki for me. Their staff is out of this world. Unfair. They made us go back night after night, even when we wanted to try other places. A small port village that is just starting to develop as an independent resort. The beaches are great - wide, long, with nice sand and shallow shores. There are large free areas, as well as areas with sun loungers. There is plenty of parking space (this was in September). The village itself is quiet - as if you are walking through a nice residential area. All stores, pastry shops, restaurants and fast food places are located on the main street, which is also the ferry port for Thassos. Unfortunately, the main street in question is quite unmaintained, there are no normal sidewalks, it is difficult to walk along it.
