We cannot recommend Solus Suites more. The property is new, modern and clean. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with a beautiful private pool area. The rooms are refreshed daily to a great standard. Maria and the team go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We asked if it was possible to assist with ATV hire and one was delivered within half an hour! They also helped my husband order flowers for my birthday. The breakfast included is so generous and they went out of their way to make me a vegan option every day. The location is away from town centre but ATV is easy and cheap and gets you there in 5 mins (plus essential to see best parts of the island). Only a few minutes from Sarakiniko too. If you are coming to Milos, we couldn’t recommend more :)

We enjoyed our time at this lovely village hotel. The hotel was built in traditional Greek style. We enjoyed sitting on the small balcony. It was just outside the center of town but within walking distance to Adamas. Rooms were large with a small kitchenette - fridge and kettle was ideal. We did not have breakfast as it was the end of the season in October. We rented a car from the hotel's agency and they told us to leave the car at the airport with the keys under the carpet, instead of taking us to the airport. It was an excellent arrangement. We would love to return to Milos!!

The amenities of the hotel are great and it’s just so comfortable to get beach and pool towels and beach umbrellas if needed. The breakfast is really great. We had the flexible room so saw 5 different rooms when staying and even the standard ones are very spacious, modern and comfortable! We had a car so convenient to get to anywhere on the island, if only by foot/bus it will be less convenient!

Fantastic brand new units. Pamela was a great welcoming host and facilities and pool were just what we needed for our last night on Milos. Walking distance to town centre and close to beaches. Beds are extremely comfortable and air conditioning and ceiling fans make for a lovely stay. Great pool furniture and shower is good. We highly recommend these new apartments and nothing was a problem for the hosts.

We had the best stay at White Pebbles Suites. The staff were welcoming and extremely friendly. The amenities are excellent and the location perfect in quiet Pollonia. Breakfast was excellent, and served on the patio each morning. We loved being able to swim in the ocean and pool, both being so close. We would recommend to anyone!

The Island of Lovers

Known as the island of lovers because of the statue of Aphrodite (“Venus of Milo”), which is exhibited in the Louvre Museum of Paris, Milos is very unique thanks to its spectacular rock structures. This romantic destination is a great choice for honeymooners.

Rich in history, Milos was one of the earliest civilisations of the Cyclades islands. Built on a hill overlooking the sea, the picturesque town of Plaka is the island’s capital. Adamas is the main port and offers a selection of tourist facilities and accommodation.

Visit the small fishing village of Pollonia and relax in one of the traditional taverns by the waterfront. Booking.com will help you find a nice hotel, guest house or apartment in the area. Firopotamos is a graphic small village with crystal clear blue waters and little fishermen houses.

Milos has some of the most famous Greek beaches like the sandy beach of Tsigrado and the beautiful organised beach of Agia Kiriaki. The volcanic beach of Sarakiniko is the most photographed one, while the Paleochori is a popular touristic resort with watersports facilities.

A must-do option is having a tour of the island by boat. The island has stunning beaches with turquoise waters and geological forms that are not accessible by car.

    My wife and I stayed here for three nights of our Honeymoon in Greece. The hotel is situated up high with stunning views of cliffs in the distance and Pollonia below. Easy walking distance (5 mins) to Pollonia where there are many quality restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful! We were left with zero questions about the room after a thorough explanation. The deluxe room was a good size, with a comfortable king bed, sizeable walk-in shower and generous supply of Nespresso pods and tea for the morning. The housekeeping was exceptional at tidying our room. Breakfast was good. Self serve for yogurt and toppings and a service menu for egg breakfasts with vegan options available. We had a delicious gyro and smash burger for lunch at the same restaurant. For our last morning, we were so thankful to the staff for pre-arranging a morning meal for us as we had to leave early before breakfast to catch the ferry to Paros. This was above and beyond! We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Milos.

    The accommodation is in a quiet location with a view of the sea and Adamantas. Very pleasant stay and unusually perfect service! Continuously replenished fridge, fruit, juice, milk, salami, cheese, bread, even olive oil :), cake, various jams, butter, honey... coffee, tea and bottled water. Perfect. Cleaned every day. Beautiful private hot tub on the terrace with hot water available at any time. Anna was a very pleasant and friendly host. And we were accompanied by a beautiful red-haired cat! Buy her canned cat food while you're there! :) We´ve traveled more than 20 Greek islands and we have to say that the services of this accommodation are at very high level!!

    I recently stayed in a Deluxe Suite with limited view and, to my surprise, it exceeded all expectations. The suite offered great privacy, which I truly appreciated—and even though the view was "limited," the main pool area provided breathtaking views that more than made up for it. The hotel restaurant was a highlight of my stay. Every dish was full of flavor. From breakfast to dinner, experience was excellent. I also treated myself to a massage and a relaxing bath at the spa, and I’m so glad I did. The atmosphere was serene, the service professional, and I left feeling completely refreshed. Overall, a truly memorable stay—I would return in a heartbeat.

    The hotel was ideally located near a beautiful pebble beach. The staff was exceptionally attentive throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome along with a small gift to celebrate our honeymoon. We encountered a minor issue with an odor coming from the shower, but the team responded promptly and handled it with great care, even offering a commercial gesture to make up for the inconvenience. Breakfast was served as a generous buffet, with tables offering a stunning view of the beach — a truly enjoyable start to each day. Our room matched the photos perfectly: beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I highly recommend !

    The suite had everything you could possibly need! Sea view, extremely clean and comfortable with a friendly host. Every day cleaning & towel changes, as well as some basic essentials for breakfast. Private outdoor space too. Perfect for 3 days maybe not for longer stays. We drove around and visited a number of recommended villages & restaurants. Pollonia worth a visit.

    Pollonia is lovely.

    Pollonia is lovely. Beautiful restaurants on the beach (Although quite pricy ) You should walk and explore the area. There are pretty coves and cliffs to see. There are busses from Pollonia to other parts of the island. However, you have to take the bus to Adamas first as Adamas is the bus hub and all busses leave from there to other points of interest. But it is still workable if you are based in Pollonia and Pollonia is quieter than Adams. There is a lovely bakery in Pollonia too and we enjoyed the beach

Most of the beaches we found are not organized (no lounge chairs and no umbrellas), which makes for beautiful beaches but not a lot of shade. Which means you need to bring those items with you if you want to relax on the beach when the sun is strong. Provatas is on the southern side of Milos and most beaches on this side of the island are off long dirt/sandy roads and are very popular, so you need to go early to park near the beach and have a car that can handle the steep dirt rocky roads. But again, bring something that can give you shade, we found the tourist maps were wrong with which beaches actually are organized. The beaches and rocks formation on Milos are absolutely gorgeous, you will love it! Personally, we preferred to stay out of the town in places like Provatas, to get away from all the crowds and traffic. Once you are out of the main towns, the crowds and traffic drop off quickly and you have a very quiet, peaceful stay.

    If you like quiet, peace, and seclusion, this is your spot. It was a postcard moment at a truly wonderful venue. The Artemis Seaside Resort was the highlight, but the journey getting there, especially on an ATV, was amazing. The views are breathtaking and everyone we met was amazing. Don't leave Milos until you visit this area, it's worth the incredible drive!

    It’s quiet, the water is amazing and you can swim/walk around to a quiet little cove which is just beautiful. Also near the car park area there are a few small houses and a cool place to jump off the cliff/ steps. Not high just right.

    Im sure instagram is responsible for the hype around Klima, and its totally understandable, so be prepared for it to be very busy in high season. But it really is beautiful, and if youre on Milos for a few days, its somewhere you definitely need to see.

    This accommodation was perfectly located with a 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the Adamantas bus stop/ferry port. The room was incredible especially for the value. I highly recommend to budget travelers to Milos!

    Triovasalos is very conveniently located: provides easy access to the Hora (Plaka) and is central to the north-east part of the island. The central road provides a number of amenities (best souvlaki, excellent coffee shop, banks and a number of other shops). However, the central road (Karodromos) is quite busy and practically impossible to walk, since there are no pavements.

    Very beautiful beach.

    Very beautiful beach. A nice long beach that is not too busy. The sea colour is lovely. There are large white stones along the edges that are very pretty, just hard on the feet. We had a lovely swim here. Some boat trips also leave from here. There is a pretty good restaurant on the beach front - just a little pricy.
