SwedenIt's a great little studio just 3 minutes walk from Stavros beach. A wonderful and helpful host, picked us up at the port and even dropped us off at the port even though it was 3.00 in the morning. We liked the quietness of the place, as well as the surrounding areas. There are a bunch of restaurants and a few markets in a few minutes walking distance from the studios. Loved it.

Ireland10 out of 10 experience. The best part: a stunning seaside view over Stavros that you can enjoy from a terrace (which felt very private with plenty of shade and space to dry your clothes). The room was very clean, spacious and quiet (it came with cleaning, fresh towels and linen every 3rd day or so). Being on top of a hill and with windows on the opposite sides, the room enjoys a refreshing breeze (I was early September, didn't need to use aircon once). The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom, though compact, enjoyed very nice water pressure and steaming hot water 24/7 (which is not always the case, in my experience at least). I didn't use kitchen much, just to make a morning coffee (bring your own moka though). And of course the host :) Panos is xenophilia personified - always welcoming, helpful and up for a chat. It goes without saying he was there to collect you and see you off at the harbour. Definitely worth a short walk up the hill (the view!). Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Impeccable views of the entire village, the beach and the port. Most friendly hospitality and eagerness to assist in any way. The rooms are very spacious and feel like home. The owners really knows the importance of maintenance and upgrading. From little decorative details to essential operational aspects, the rooms keep getting better over the years. Just a short walk down to taverners, small supermarkets and lovely town beach. Beautiful little island, unspoiled original Greece. 110 permanent inhabitants, 350 cats, a donkey, some wild goats and fortunately not too many tourists. No need for a car (there is no petrol station). There is a taxi and minibus service and a fishing boat to get to various beaches. An absolute gem of an island, quaint and peaceful. If you want to get away from it all and experience a pure island, I would suggest that you visit Donoussa. All of the local people were so friendly and hospitable, I want to return, hopefully in the near future. We stayed at Stenosa, which we would definitely recommend.
