IcelandThis hotel is our all time favorite in the whole world and it is actually just difficult to describe all the reasons with the right words but the vibe here is extraordinary and all of the staff are so nice and helpful. First of all you have the friendly and comfortable athmosphere. The breakfast in the restaurant is really delicious and the restaurant offers really high quality food at relatively low price. Clean, extremely beautiful hotel and surroundings just wonderful right at beach and the seaside in Skala, Agistri where the sea is crystal clear. We really love the friendly atmosphere in Aktaion Botique hotel and not to forget theyr’e cute dog Luna and the Parrots Coco and Dodo who are also providing for a family friendly athmosphere. For us this is just like a little paradise away from home and we will absolutely be coming back (hopefully) every year.

GreeceOur stay was amazing! The house was exceptionally clean—everything from the bathroom to the towels was spotless. The view was breathtaking, with mountains on one side and the sea on the other. It was so peaceful and quiet; I had one of the best sleeps of my life. The fresh air and natural sounds were incredibly relaxing.
The staff were very kind and helpful. There was also space to park a car, motorcycle, or bicycle with no problem. The location was calm, the house was beautifully furnished, and the price was surprisingly affordable for summer. Overall, a perfect place to stay—clean, quiet, and great value for money. Highly recommended!

PolandWe liked the location the most. The apartment is by the road and on the other side is the sea. The nearest beach is 20m from the apartment. And the shop is 5 minutes walk. The owner of the house is always available. She lives in the same building. And we had her phone number available and told us to call in any matter. The apartment was very clean. There were fresh towels and we could exchange them for fresh ones at any time. There is access to WiFi. Mini garden with a shower and a terrace where you can eat breakfast and admire the view of the sea and the port. There is also a bike rental and a bus stop nearby from which you can go to other beaches. We rested and are very happy with the vacation. Greetings to Mrs. Elena. The photos I am attaching are from difrent days so the mess is our fault

SerbiaDouble room no. 10 on the ground floor with a beautiful direct sea view. The room was clean and spacious. We had a little kitchen with everything needed for a short stay. A/C worked well. They cleaned our room everyday.
The reception lady was very kind and helped us a lot with booking the ferry on our last day because we had a problem with online booking.
In our opinion, the location of this hotel was the best on Agistri. It was so peaceful with a short walk to Skala and the port. It is a little bit in the hill but still easily reached compared to other hotels nearby. Skliri and Chalkida beach were 5-min walk away through pine wood and spectacular views.
This hotel was the best value for money on the island (best location, sea view room). If we ever come back to Agistri we would probably stay here again :)

The shower was amazing, and there was plenty of room to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. The room unexpectedly was a great size with a balcony that had a side view of the beach. The breakfast had a great variety of things to choose from, eg. eggs cooked 3 ways, pastries, fresh fruit, and all fresh and tasty. On the last day, the island lost power, but they still managed to feed the entire hotel with no fuss. The standout though is the staff, especially Werner, who is so friendly and helpful. Immi was amazing as well, always running around making guests stay comfortable. The lady at the bar was awesome, along with the whole cleaning crew. Both the owner and his Mom gave us recommendations re beaches to visit and restaurants to eat at and their suggestions were 10/10. The room was comfortable and clean with a beautiful sea view where we enjoyed our breakfast. The owner also reached out when we hadn’t arrived at the agreed upon time and gave us clear directions making sure we got there. The island itself is gorgeous with lots to see and do. a lovely quiet little villiabge, hugging the coastline with spectacular sunsets and beaches. Plenty of options for food and refreshments, and some shops for holiday essentials. Easy drive to the end of the island (Only really one road) to beautiful beaches with beach bars and loungers and easy parking. Megalochori is a small village, Noima Hotel where we stayed was opposite the beach. There is a promenade right on the beach for early morning walks or jogging. The port is 3 minutes walk away, so we didn't need a taxi or a car to move around. You can rent motorbikes, bicycles and you can go round the island. There is an efficient and prompt bus service which takes you to the two famous beaches of the island (Dragonera and Aponisos). Having regularly visited the island of Agistri for day-trips in the past, last year we decided to stay at Skala for 3 nights. Our hotel at that time, although very good, was very near restaurants and bars which made it rather noisy. This year we stayed for 4 nights and opted for a guest house a little further away from the main area of Skala. Our choice proved most suitable to us. There are several hotels and guest houses. Skala has a wide range of restaurants, cafes & bars and those we visited based on web reviews proved to be very good. All restaurants have music (thankfully not all with loud volume). There is also a superb bakery, with a good barista service too! The main beach (sandy) is very pleasant. Frequent ferry service to nearby island of Aegina and port of Piraeus. As we were leaving in late June, it felt as if the island overall has become increasingly popular (it certainly does not appear to have affected the overall experience of the place) and anyone wishing for a more relaxed stay might prefer to visit during the shoulder season, then again that applies to most places!Guest review byMarcUnited Kingdom - 10.0

I really loved this side of Agistri, honestly, when we had to pack up and move to a new room in Skala,I was sad. I really enjoyed the quiet, tranquil setting of Megalochori. Do yourself a favor and book a trip with Kristos on the Jaimaca boat tour, it was a fabulous experience. He also plays the Bazookie exceptionally well. It was incredible to see the shipwreck he takes you to and lunch in Methana was perfect. Can’t say enough about it.
