I would like to especially mention the reception staff. I arrived very early in the morning and obviously the room was not ready yet, receptionist Lizzy immediately offered me a cup of coffee. Then during the day there was Tata at the reception, whom I would like to especially mention, she constantly monitored the readiness of the room and as soon as it was ready, I immediately received information. Check-in was done in a second. During the entire stay, she was always on shift during the day. Thanks to her, I always saw and felt a very cozy, friendly and pleasant atmosphere at the reception, maximum respect for guests and always a desire to help. I was amazed! Only extremely positive impressions remained. The rooms were clean. At breakfast, each of our company could find something suitable for themselves. I will definitely visit this hotel again!

Clean, beds are so comfortable. Great quality everything is the room. Fine wibe! Personnel relaxed and easy and so helpful. Great location, close to everything cool. Quite new hotel. Kitchen excellent 👍. Breakfast so reach in everything! We lost out wallet and the personnel found it and returned it all safe to us, that was so incredible, and it was our wedding day. So, I really loved it! Thank you so much 😊 really recommend!!!

It was my first visit to Georgia, and the hotel, located in the real heart of Tbilisi Old city, next to the Kura river, made a great impact onto my first impression from the country. We initially booked five nights (in October 2023), and then prolonged our stay for another two nights, because we simply loved it there. The location is great, the house is just super nicely designed (especially the facade, the yard, the breakfast area and the oak wood staircase). All the (young) staff is professional and super friendly. Breakfast is great (I recommend you order some of the extras, like "Georgian breakfast" which are eggs in a coriander-almond-gravy) with a nice Georgian touch (like tklapi, local cheeses, and pastry (we liked the things with walnuts a lot). The owner is Georgian. Thus, the money you pay doesn't go into a foreign investor's pocket. We really loved the staff. We researched some activities online first and then asked the staff about their opinion, which helped us a lot. We also let them book cabs for us. All spoke pretty good English. We'll definitely come back.

Lovely small hotel with amazing location and even better staff working there. Room was nice, bed and pillows excellent. And breakfast- fresh orange juice and everything else was just super. Nice gesture from hotel was a ready made breakfast bag as we had to leave 3am. We are definetly coming back!

Everything about our stay was fantastic, it was amazing location, we got to check in early as we arrived from the airport early in the morning. The staff were very helpful and really kind. I would highly recommend this apartment. The decor in the room was fabulous and we even had our own bar and jacuzzi bath and the power in the shower was great too! We will definitely recommend to all our friends visiting Tbilisi

The hotel staff are exceptional, we received a lovely warm welcome at check-in and they were attentive to our needs and the service provided throughout my stay. We stayed at a cottage of the resort. The reception was warm and welcoming. The trip was just half an hour from the city center so there was no trouble or fuss. The room was very well maintained, and I felt that attention is paid to details for the maximum comfort of the guests. The views from the room and restaurant overlooking the panoramic Tbilisi were superb, and housekeeping was perfect (just needed to send a Whatsapp message to the reception). The property is huge and my child also enjoyed playing with balls, snow and sled.

We stayed at the Ambassadori for 3 nights. Check in was a smooth and pleasurable process thanks to Salome. When you check in so smooth and helpful you know you are in for a treat during your stay. Every single person from the reception to helpdesk to cleaning staff to breakfast staff was very kind and helpful. We are definitely recommending Ambassadori to eveyrone we know traveling to Tbilisi.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough. And never ever get into a taxi without agreement on the fare. Checked in at 0200am without any hassle. Owner was good. No selection on breakfast menu. Comfy bed, clean towels, room heater was there.

The hotel: the staff, you can feel that they care for your comfortable vacation. they are so welcoming, especially the lady with short haircut whose name I cant remember, let us know every detail about the hotel when we called for information, then when we arrived, she met us with a warm welcome and said they could upgrade us so we could stay on the upper floor, bigger hotel room, not a budget one that we have booked. Other members of the staff were also very helpful, with smile on their faces everywhere: in the gaming zone, in the reception, the building itself: facilities:indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace with a beautiful garden and comfy outdoor furniture. Pool is crystal clean, water temperature is warm enough to enjoy swimming even from the first seconds. What is also very important: nobody interrupts you while enjoying your vacation: no loud sounds, you have all the privacy, so you can relax. You have so many things to do here! Even if the weather is bad, you can enjoy your stay: Gaming space: Billiards, bowling, air hockey, table tennis, virtual games, cinema, indoor swimming pool with window on a part of its ceiling, terrace with beautiful garden and nice, not very loud music. Beautiful nature near the hotel: central park is on walking distance (although not very comfortable walk as it is on the central road), but when you come to the park, you can enjoy the forrest-like quiet park with big trees🌲🌲, children can enjoy climbing and other facilities, football stadium. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back when we want to relax near Tbilisi.

The city is amazing!

The city is amazing! Perfect combination of historic architecture and modern buildings. Food was okay. Found great places for local ones. And the streets are beautiful. The river was my fav!! Moving around the city on foot can get confusing sometimes! We couldn’t find crossings! And there were a lot to do! So next time maybe I plan a longer one.

It was a rather secluded location and other that sidewalk eateries (Shwarma etc.) that were a 5-10 minute walk away, there were no restaurants nearby for meals. We were told that the nearest restaurant was about 5 km.

There are 5+ trails available: - Azeula fortress (8km round trip), - Ghoubani (11.2 km round trip), - Udzo - Turtle Lake - Tbilisi (12 km one way), - Azureti (~10 km one way), - Kiketi (11 km one way). Routes are very clearly indicated. During April there are no restaurants/cafes either in hotel or Kojori at al. But there are several supermarkets to buy food. Locals said there is a kebab place during high season.

On the first day in Tbilisi we went to Rike Park and then by the cable car up to see the views of Tbilisi at sunset. Then we walked on the Bridge of Peace and went to the east side of Mtvkari river. We had dinner at Shatre, Sabatono and some other restaurants. It was easy and inexpensive to get around the city with a Bolt. A visit to the Mtatsminda Park and Botanical garden is for young children.
