this was by far the best accommodation i have ever been to and deserves the best rating i have ever given. the family is so incredibly nice and tries to make your stay as good as possible. you can plan activities with them and all activities are free, whereas at other accommodations in the region you would pay a fortune. we also went to the famous sawa-i-lau caves, which was an experience. the food is incredible. the man knows how to cook and teaches you about fijian cuisine for just 25 dollars a day per person. they also try to show you the culture of the local people, show you nearby villages, schools and churches. an absolute experience! i can recommend this accommodation with heart and joy to everyone. it is not just an accommodation, but a unique experience that cannot be found anywhere else in the world. vinaka and thank you for the great time!

If you want a relaxing few days this place is for you. Opened earlier in the year and only 5 rooms are open at present (3 private’s and 2 dorms I think). I believe there will be 10 rooms in total when they open fully. I stayed in a 4 bed dorm and it wasn’t a dorm as such - 4 single beds, beautiful en suite and even better outdoor shower which was powerful and had hot water. Very sturdy buildings - not like the tents in other resorts. Everywhere was extremely clean. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome - the service is second to none.. No unnecessary check in process - they just welcomed you, showed you to your room and you just paid for everything on check out. Meals are chosen off a set menu for breakfast lunch and dinner - you choose your next meal during the prior meal. Lots of choose from western food to local food. I 100% believe it’s cooked fresh and I saw some fishermen taking their catch from the sea to the restaurant. They have snorkelling from the beach front which I did - I believe it’s a lot better if the boatman takes you for free towards the island but the winds took off when I was there so unfortunately gave that and the kayaking a miss as I’d get blown to the next island. If you want lots of people this isn’t for you - there was around 7 people during my stay but a nice mix of couples and solo travelers and just somewhere calm to read a book and relax. Fresh coconuts and mango provided for you during the day. They also have a kind of communal big table where solo people can sit and chat to other solo people.

The staff here felt like a group of friends. Getting to know them and speaking to them was the best part of our trip. They all helped me do a proposal that me and my fiance will cherish for the rest of our lives and went out of their way to tailor our experience of these islands to something really beautiful. They looked after us and made sure we were always comfortable and happy, which must be a lot of effort. We'd love to go back, and we can't say thank you enough to each one of them for how friendly and caring they were towards us. Even the wild dogs felt like friends, one of the most beautiful and enjoyable experiences of our whole life. Too many names to say individually, from the office to the massage therapist, activities, waiters, and office, everyone contributed to our unforgettable experience. Thank you for everything! The lounge area at the beach, fantastic snorkeling, the view from the restaurant, sunset beach and lovely staff were the highlights to me. Tree huts are simple but functional, shared bathroom facilities are great. There was so much love put in everywhere. Food was amazing, porridge & kokoda were especially amazing. Did the sunrise walk too, such lovely experience. Thank you very much, I will be back!

Amazing reef and three beautiful beaches, lovely lodge tent right on the sunset beach, friendly staff. We got to swim with mantas! Food was ok. Even at low tide, you could always go snorkeling through the boat channels on sunrise beach. Guys and girls from the dive shop were fantastic, special mention for Bella, one of the marine biologists, who took us on a great snorkeling tour.

The bungalows are lovely, clean and comfortable. The beach is heaven on earth and you can swim in low and high tide. The food is wonderful and it changes everyday. But, without a doubt, the best part was the people! They are like they all are your mother. The most nice, welcoming, thoughtful and caring people in the world. It was a perfect vacation.

We wanted a homestay run by locals, so we got an authentic experience. No roads, no cars, only walking tracks and hiking trails. Wonderful. They are isolated, so no shop, I would recommend taking sachet coffees etc if you like more than instant. If you get inspired to want to help them (as I was) you could think of taking snorkelling flippers and leaving them there, or packraft paddles (they come apart), or a yoghurt maker and powder packets to make yoghurt. Some books, games, or big maps of Yasawa. We had a week, which was just right....but didn't get to do all the activities we intended to. Too nice being relaxed and even lazy. The ferry ride there is fun and interesting and they supply complimentary transfers to and from accommodation. South Sea Cruises. Apparently there is a supply boat from Lautoka once a week which is much cheaper.

Gorgeous island - beautiful beaches, coral reef, and the island itself is lovely - you can go on a mountain forest walk as well as be on the beach. Delicious food, and lots of activities - we enjoyed the mountain walks, the beaches, diving, snorkelling and also just relaxing by the pool, trying out the yoga classes and massages and also the trips to the nearby local villages.

This is a very special place, great location, peaceful, quiet, clean and easy to get to - perfect for taking a break, relax and recharge from the usual busyness of life! The resort offers great views of the ocean, one of the best sunset we have seen, clean white sandy beach, local food and culture experiences, snorkeling, handline fishing, swimming with Manta rays and many other activities. Most importantly, you will be taken great care of by an incredible team of staff led by Paul and Liti. Special thanks to Nimi, Peci, Anne, Rusi, Fane, Sai, Api, Lai, John, Rauga and La.
