The hotel was in a good location and had all the facilities expected of a modern hotel. However the staff were exceptional. You were always greeted with a smile and every interaction was concluded positively. It was our Best stay in city hotel (and we travel a lot!!!!!!) Beautiful area of the city. View magnificent. Cool design. Oasis of calm in one of the busiest parts of town. Close to everything. Super clean. Breakfast variety in best quality. Free coffee and tea served all day in the lounge with a big and warm smile. Above all, the people working, are trying their best for guests to have a good time. Bonus for us was the SANTA LUCIA parade under our room windows. Final, about the hotel's atmosphere: is not something you can see or count, it comes from the people's feeling about their work and in this hotel is top. Special thanks to Myriam for making our stay exceptional. For sure you will see us again.

Our stay was perfect! The room was very beautiful, good decorated with a lot of details, clean and with great view to the Opera house. The air conditioner works perfect. The pillows and the sheets were more than comfortable and you will get the joyful rest after the long walks in the city. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of bread, croissants, eggs, vegetables, yogurt etc. The coffee was very good as well. The staff was kind and always smiling.

The location of this hotel is just perfect. It is situated outside the city center in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the metro, so you can reach the city center within a few minutes. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. I couldn't recommend the hotel more.

Exceptional overall experience. We stayed for our marriage (Copenhagen town hall) and the staff went above and beyond for us. including complimentary champagne and sweets in our room on the night of the weeding. The facilities themselves are beautiful and full of character, the location couldn't be better, and not to mention the added benefits of the daily Tivoli passes, bike hire and a wonderful rooftop bar all of which we utilized during our stay. I will absolutely be recommending this hotel, it truly played a part in our wonderful Copenhagen experience.

    Breakfast was very nice, the buffet was not overly plentiful in terms of variety (but there was something for every taste to be sure) but everything tasted really, really excellent. The hotel is located near the sea, so it was very easy to go hiking in the area along the coastline - staff was quite helpful in organising stuff and the hotel offers really nice lunch packages for hiking. There is also a restaurant directly in the hotel which was very good (but quite expensive for people used to prices outside Denmark). Rooms are quite big. When there were problems in our room (water leaking from the ceiling after a strong rain), we got a nice upgrade to a really nice room with sea-view.

    Wonderfully unique hotel just a short walk away from the beach. In Danish style but not minimalist, rather more decorated. Very cosy and in great condition.     Helsingor is an adorable town an hour north of Copenhagen. I don't know that I'd have ever thought to go there but my son decided to get married there. It was an ideal meeting place for both families as his wife is from Germany. There are lots of lovely shops and restaurants and the ferry to Sweden is super easy to catch. We enjoyed our short stay. :)

    Whilst it does not have the charm of Helsingor, Roskilde has many attractions, especially the cathedral with its many excellent royal tombs, the town square, and the Viking Ships Museum which introduces the visitor not only to these remarkable survivors, but to the entire Viking world.

    I traveled by train from Copenhagen to do a 3 day hike. Koge was such a pleasant surprise - gorgeous architecture, good little hotel close to the market square, lots of amenities (shops/restaurants). Took a bus from train station (get your bus and train tickets in a 7 Eleven) to furthest point to hike to Stevens Klimt. Had to return there that night to connect onto another train to Mons Island - amazing hiking spot! Koge is not a touristy town so really nice to see the Danes doing their market shopping on a saturday morning too. Great restaurants too.

    A city famous for its castle. Otherwise, classic countryside, from the point of view of gastronomy, nothing that would in any way stand out above the Danish standard. Bad taxi service, quite problematic for those who don't come by car.

    It dark in these time of the year, but it is a great and green place. Friendly people and possibly nice path for recreations. I were business there though. I would say the staff in the 7 eleven at the station I do like the best, however at late card terminal may not be operation. Feeling safe.

    The hotel is clean and very close to the train station so, it was very easy to get to central station which gives you access to all the trains that will get you to where you want to go. You can catch a train direct from the airport to Tastrup train station and walk less than 5 minutes to the hotel.

    Very clean, newly renovated, quiet. The room well appointed. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is in a small shopping area with a supermarket,small restaurants and every convenience very close. It’s a bit out of the city centre, so maybe not ideal if you are sightseeing in Copenhagen, but it’s on a bus line. My only small gripe- the pillows were small and we could have used two each and the winter bedcovers were too warm for June. Otherwise a great hotel where we will definitely stay again.

Expensive parking, no way to pay for it unless you download a local app (which asks you to disclose half your life while all you want is 15min of parking space)... Prohibited parking spots are unclear to the non danish. Better be careful where you leave your car. People are kind of cold, the usual, same as Belgium, Luxembourg, Holland... Hotels are expensive, and not always up to standards. Waiters are easily annoyed by questions or if you take time to choose. Had a couple of warmer encounters outside town, and spotted a couple of streets in the city center (near Magasins du Nord) that seemed appealing, with designer shops and restaurants. Will give it another chance some day when I have more time to visit Tivoli and all, but first contact was meh. Had more fun outside of Copehagen... Great countryside.

    Historic buildings extremely interesting, nice architectural design of the town, close location to many potential places worth sightseeing. A little bit too poor availability of restaurants, in particular on weekends. Very unfortunate system of payment for parking lots in town, complicated in operation and not always working. Personally I was very displeased with necessity to install mobile apps.
